Never use this company!

White transfer and storage moved our belongings during our military move. During the process many items were broken or missing. The people that packed our shipment discussed the illegal drugs the my bought or sold as well as "curb stomping" people. These things were said around my children. They also talked about getting paid under the table to avoid taxing. We were told that for our shipment we were fully insured for the replacement value of items broken or missing. After submitting the claim (which we were told to do) the entire thing was denied without any reasoning or communicating with us. We stated that we were willing to be in communications about settling this issue but never heard a word. I would not recommend this company due to unprofessional staff and not following through with correcting their mistakes.
