Stole our money

We moved to Tampa and all our furniture was damage when we received. Carlos Agosti never answer our calls. They send us 2 checks with out funds. Imposible to contact Carlos They stole are money.

It was excellent. It was perfect. They were really good. They were thorough, they were careful. Nothing broke. They moved my piano as well and did a beautiful job.

They were wonderful

They were wonderful. I scheduled the move a few weeks before the actual move and they called a couple of times to follow to make sure the time hasn't changed and if I had any questions. They just made sure we were all on the same page the whole time. they were really flexible and super nice. They arrived on time and got done with the move quickly. They weren't dilly dallying and it was great. They just wrapped our mattress and took care of everything else. I had a fairly small amount of furniture, a few large pieces and that was it. The movers were really nice and very friendly. They gave me a price quote but it wasn't finalized until the actual move itself because they do hourly. I never felt like they were trying to prolong it or anything like that.

Did an extraordinary job

I was very happy. I just liked that they communicated very well. I researched them and they had very good reviews. Some of the other companies who contacted me after I went on the site, I went on the review website and they had horrible reviews that scared me to death, but these people had really good ones. They were awesome. The people who came prior to the move did what they said would do and the amount of money that they would require. They were good communicators. On the moving day, they were very patient and professional. I was happy all the way around. Actually, I was familiar with a local moving company that I didn't get from you guys and they have a very good reputation and everything. I called them and Agosti's was well under their quote. I thought it was very reasonable. I would recommend them if I knew anybody who is moving. Packing was done to my satisfaction and they did everything they said they would do.

Protected our items well

They just took great care of the items that we moved. They protected them well and they wrapped them well. Their pricing was reasonable and I received all the services I requested. Packing was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them, but no one I know is moving. They had a good crew.

Organized and helpful team

The office personnel was very helpful. She made suggestions on how to save money by sharing their truck with someone else. The team that came to pick up were on time. They did a really great job packing and unpacking. I am just pleased with them. I had another company that has given me a quote that was about $800 more than what this company gave me. They were reasonably priced. I would like to recommend them to my friends and family. They are very good at keeping in touch with me and giving me constant updates on what the changes are, when they are arriving. So I was pleased with that. They kept in touch with me.

On time and thorough service

They were wonderful. The people were very polite. They were very quick. Everything was moved right as supposed to. Price was a little more. It was a fixed rate. We knew we were under the weight but they guaranteed us next day delivery which no one else could. Yes I did receive all the services that I requested. I would recommend them at any time. They didn't do packing but they wrapped everything incredibly. There was nothing damaged. The crew members were very polite and very pleasant.

Got more than what I expected

They were great. It was very quality. They were very knowledgeable on how to move some of my more bulky furniture items. They wrapped everything up correctly. They didn't break anything. They were in and out and then we got to my new place. When we got to my new place they were out and in very quickly. Price was very reasonable. For future customers I would say just to go with these guys. I did receive all the services. I got that and more as a matter of fact. They were really amazing.

Prompt and effecient service

It was good. I had no problems with them at all. They were prompt, on time and very effecient with the move. The only thing is I had a file cabinet and apparently they lost the file cabinet and I don't know where the key is. But that's not a big of a deal. I will just break the lock if I have to. That's the only thing. Their effeciency and the speed - the way they packed and expedited everything into the truck and on the road. The price was not bad it was acceptable. The crew were very respectful, no problem whatsoever. I would use them again. The packing was done up to my satisfaction. I have already told people about them. I have already recommended using them. They did a great job. They disassembled, moved to the new spot, and reassembled, did what needed to be done. The experience was fine.
