I was satisfied.

They were 12 hours late and my ...

Well, to start with, they were supposed to be here at 8 in the morning. We all stood around all day and they came at 8 at night. They said that I didn't answer the phone the day before to confirm. I didn't know I had to confirm. And besides that, my furniture is all beat up. I would not recommend them to anybody.

It was the worst moving experience of ...

His people just throw things here and there. He asked me to give him a deposit ... He never gave it back. ...I have moved three times in my life but this is the worst experience. ...He left my paintings on the wall.

I was totally dissatisfied in every ...

They were horrible. Lies from the beginning to the end. Broke my stuff, couldn't keep their appointments, overcharged me from what their estimates were supposed to be. Totally dissatisfied. I I had my way, would, you know, pretty much put them out of business ... Gave me an estimate of about $400-something, it turned out to be over $1,000. Actually, the two people they sent there to help us move it would have taken all day and night with just them ... Had to have ... everybody kick in ... help us move that day. ...They weren't willing to do anything about rectifying the situation or helping in any way. The owner of the company was rude ... the service manager that worked there, he was even worse. ...I would never recommend them.

The movers were nice and professional. ...

It was so smooth, they were so nice and professional. They knew how to take everything, they did it quickly. They were just so professional but so thoughtful at the same time ... I would use them again .... They were just - they couldn't do enough for me in my situation because I was stranded by another mover. They were top notch.

My estimate was $500, the final bill ...

It was terrible. They were very deceitful. The guys, the two guys that came, they were wonderful ... They worked hard and they put the time in and they did a nice job. ...He quoted me $480 for the job and he says, "Well, you should have known." ... It was $1200. I mean $1200 versus $500.

They didn't have any idea how to pack ...

I recently moved within Gainesville, Florida, and we are not happy with the price they offered us. They told me to pay more than what they quoted me initially. They didn't know how to pack the things and how to use the space in the truck. Apart from that, they were professional and friendly. Anyhow, we are not going to use them, nor will we recommend them to anyone.

Five-star service all the way

Distance-wise it was a short move but the service was awesome. The movers came before the said time. As we were being charged hourly they got to the task immediately and worked without taking any breaks. I have no complaints or any damages to report. On the whole, I am very much satisfied with the move and have been talking about this experience to family and folks that I know.
