We were quite unhappy. It felt like a ...

We were told a particular price .... $119 an hour with a truck and three gentleman. Then about partway through somebody realized that we had a two story rather than a one story ... They sent an estimator out and the price went to $189 an hour ... It took about eleven hours altogether. At the end of the night they said, "Well, it would have been quicker had we packed more." ...Everything you know was packed. ...It got very expensive very quickly and then at the end of the night when we were paying ... I went to give them a tip ... I was gonna give them $20 per man and he looked at me and said, "You're kidding right?" ... He said "We always get $100 or more per man."

Professional and punctual service

Just the care they took in wrapping pieces of furniture. Yes the crew were very professional and punctual. The estimate was probably in the middle - it wasn't the cheapest, it wasn't the most expensive. Yes it was competitive price. Yes I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move in the future. My advice to future customers is just tell them what you need. Tell them everything you need upfront so that they are prepared. So that they know. They handled it just fine.

Horrible experience

The moving guys stole from me and I wouldn't recommend them. This is a dishonest company and any group of people that call themselves professionals and try to steal from their customers are not a company that you want to be trusting your belongings or money with.
