Never Delivered

Never completed the delivery. Refused to answer the phone. The company address was a PO Box. We lost our shipment.

They charged me more than $500 more ...

My latest moving experience was such that I can't stand a repeat of it. They damaged a few pieces of my furniture and a mattress. The driver was also horrible. He charged $150 extra for putting my stuff back in the apartment. To top it all off, the company also charged me more than $500 extra.

Persistent yet Professional

I used the service to get estimates on how much it would be to move my things next year. B & B was quick with an email and phone response and continued to follow up. Additionally, they were the only company to provide an estimate under $2000, outlining everything included in the price. Although I didn't respond because I was only looking for an estimate, I would strongly consider B & B next year when I'm really ready to move from Elk Grove, CA to Dallas, TX.

Terrible experience

The movers came out the first day with a truck that was almost full. So they weren't able to get any of my stuff in there. They came out the second day with a truck that was half full and they were able to get some of my stuff onto it. It took them two weeks to get the rest of my stuff.

A good moving experience overall

The one negative part about my recent move is the fact that the company quoted me for 2,000 pounds when we initially spoke, however when the movers arrived at my house to pick up my things, they said that the load was closer to 3,000, which would mean I would be charged extra money. I wasn't too happy about that, however overall the move was fine and the driver was very courteous. He and the rest of the moving crew did a great job.
