SCAMMING TRAINWRECK FROM HELL!

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM CAPITAL CITY LLC! THE WORST EXPERIENCE ANY OF US HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANYTHING! WE ENLISTED THESE CLOWNS TO HELP MOVE OUR 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW. SHE HAD JUST LOST HER HUSBAND OF 65 YEARS . WE GAVE THEM $2000 AND A COMPLETE MANIFEST OF ALL HER BELONGINGS TO BE MOVED. ONCE WE SAW THE CONTRACT WE NOTICED HALF THE THINGS ON HER MANIFEST WERE NOT ON THE CONTRACT. CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND WAS TOLD DONT WORRY EVERYTHING WAS FINE. NO BIG DEAL. CALLED BACK AGAIN AND DEMANDED ALL THESE MISSING ITEMS BE PUT ON THE CONTRACT. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE PRETENDED TO PUT ITEMS ON THE CONTRACT. STILL NO CONTRACT WITH MISSING ITEMS ON IT. CALLED BACK AGAIN! AFTER DRAGGING THIS OUT FOR DAYS WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD COST DOUBLE TO PUT THE ITEMS ON THE CONTRACT. WE CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND DEMANDED HER DEPOSIT BACK. WE WERE TOLD NO NO NO NO NO GO POUND SAND YOU'VE JUST BEEN SCAMMED! WE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FORT LAUDERDALE PD AND THE FBI. IT TURNS OUT THIS COMPANY HAS MANY VICTIMS AND CRIMINAL CHARGES PENDING! DO NOT HIRE A MOVING COMPANY THAT WANTS A DEPOSIT. HONEST COMPANIES WAIT TILL THE JOB IS OVER.
