They were very good. They were fast, they were on time. I had no problems with handling furniture. I would recommend them.

The moving itself was OK.

There was problem with the credit card...they took two deposits and didn't tell me about it. So I discovered it on my credit card statement. Then I had a hard time reaching them to discuss it. But when I did discuss it, it was solved. That was the only problem. The moving itself was OK. They didn't have any damage or anything. They did a good job.

They did a magnificent job!

They showed up on time, they stayed as late as necessary to get the job done. The price was within the estimate. Very, very happy with them. If we move again, we will call them.

I should have hired a company with a ...

They weren't making good use of the time and they were just spending time standing idle and only one was working. They broke one of my lamps, but other than that it was fine. They took care of the furniture, but I was just thinking I should have hired a company who was charging me a fixed rate and not by hours.

I can't say enough nice things about ...

It was wonderful. They were on time, in fact they were a few minutes early. They were well prepared, they were very polite, extremely efficient, took complete care of the furniture. We had some heirloom furniture that needed to be moved. They double packed it. I can't say enough nice things about them, I would definitely use them again.

They were very timely, very quick, they did the job in under the time quoted. Nothing was damaged and I'd say overall it was a pretty good move.

Everything was OK

The first day was OK, but the second day they came two hours early and I wasn't ready. The crew members did very well and the packing and wrapping was good. I would recommend them.

They went very very well. There were some, no problems at all. Came in just over what my expectations were as far as price, but because I did not factor in the supplies. But other than that ... It was great.

These guys are incredible

Excellent. Everything is good, no protests, broken stuff. These guys are incredible. If I could rate them more than five, I would do that.

I had a good experience, nothing was ...

They did a great job. The only thing I guess took me off guard is you know, at the end of the thing, you know, they made it, the movers made it pretty obvious that you know, pretty much asked for a tip. So, I was gonna give one anyway, but I didn't think they were gonna be that forward with it ... They wrapped everything up nice and neat so that was a good thing.

I had one small problem with breakage.

They arrived on time, they made sure that my stuff got loaded, but one problem occurred. They broke a piece to my furniture, but then I got, I chose to settle out for a discount instead of using their insurance and trying to go through that whole process, getting reimbursed and trying to find a receipt and all of that. So that was just one thing I thought they would have been better prepared to handle. But they were, you know, pretty nice, pretty professional other than that one problem.

I'm very happy with the services.

They were really good. They arrived in time, they packed in time and they, you know, arrived at my new apartment in time, packaged it good and everything was good. I'm very happy.

They charged me $150 for moving ...

They did some of the stuff they said they were going to do but then they overcharged me $150. Other than the overcharging the job got done. According to them, the pricing was OK. I'm through with it. I paid it, I'm through with it. They were decent. The only complaint I had was the extra charges that they labelled on there. They charged me $150 for moving materials--and that consists of tape and shrink wrap. I thought that $150 was excessive. Everything else was acceptable and expected. They didn't damage anything and they put everything where we told them to put it.

Really good!

It was really good, they were really efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

They didn't even ding my walls moving ...

Perfect. They were on time and did a great job. They didn't even ding my walls moving a heavy treadmill from upstairs. I couldn't have been happier.

They were a company I would never want ...

They took a long time, they got lost on the way. It's not hard to find. They were late. The first movers that were supposed to come never showed up. They called me at the time that they were supposed to be at my house already to tell me that one of the movers didn't show so they don't have a crew for us right now. I started calling different companies, and they called me back, because I already gave them a deposit. They called me back after an hour and said they found a crew that can do the move the same day. The whole move was about four hours late. When I wanted to cancel with them because they didn't hold up to the agreement, they said they cannot refund me the deposit. They were a company I would never want to work with.

A few things are in bad shape after ...

They broke a couple of things, like my dining table got broken, my dresser was scratched and there were two or three things in bad shape after the move, so that was the really bad part. Other than that, I don't really know what else to say. I would not recommend them.

They were wonderful

It was excellent. They were wonderful, polite. Really great people. Good guys. Just wonderful. Pricing was good too. It wasn't crazy, it was affordable. They were on time, they were on schedule, they were communicative.

Very impressed

They did way better than I would've thought they handled everything with care, I was very impressed.

They showed up on time, replaced a ...

They called me back about maybe two to three weeks ago, I just haven't had the time and I don't want to rent a vehicle to pick up the TV. But besides that, the guys were good they were on time and unfortunately the TV got damaged through the process, but they're coming through with it and I like the response even though it took three weeks to get a new TV, but it's sitting at their office and I have to call them I just haven't had the time to call them to see if they can drop it off, right now I have too much going on, but besides that they replaced it.

They did a good job

There were three guys who were very prompt. They came and did the work very quickly. We wanted some help with packing as well, but they were not that good with packing. On the whole they did a good job. They did the assembling ad disassembling of some of my furniture and that was done very well.

They cheated me

It was okay, but they cheated me. They raised the price on me almost $70 after they got there. The mover men were nice but they raised the price $70, so I wasn't prepared to pay them what they asked for, the remaining amount in cash. When I called the company the next day to ask them why I was overcharged, she said she was gonna get in contact with the men who helped me move and call me back and I never heard back from the lady.

Great movers, awesome service

I loved everything about the movers, they had good attitudes, they did their job and they took good care of me. They were on-time and delivered my items the day they promised. Their pricing was reasonable and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Happy with what they did

They did the job, they did it quickly and they didn't mark any walls. The only issue I had was that they quoted me for three people - three movers. When they got to my house, they had a fourth mover with them. They said that if I have the fourth mover, they would charge me more but it would be done faster - but that isn't exactly how it was quoted. I got a quote that it would be $95 an hour. When they came to my house they said because we have a fourth mover it will cost you $120 an hour. It was the only thing that kind of took me by surprise, but then they have done a good job. I would rather they just made it clear beforehand. They were fantastic, but they weren't quite clear on the pricing. The quote was a little bit different than what I had. Above all, everything was done smoothly. They did a good job and I am happy with what they did. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I highly recommend them

I had a very good moving experience with them. They have good pricing. They had the best pricing out of everybody i checked around. The staff and crew members very friendly, very courteous and very careful and professional. I am very happy and I would just give them an A+ ,10 out of 10. I highly highly recommend them. Over among the five, I checked around and out of five I chose them so I highly recommend them. Packing was overwhelming, how good they did.

Fair pricing good service

It was just fair. They were kind of fast but they were late. I scheduled for certain time and they were an hour late. The pricing was fair. The crew were professional. Overall its good. Yes I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move in the future.

Crescent Movers were 'on-time'; business oriented; and the staff really went out of their way to satisfy me. I would refer them in addition to using them again.

Professional movers took less time to ...

The movers were excellent as they took only four hours to complete the move when they gave an estimate of six hours, which was fantastic. They were fast and efficient in doing the move. The professional movers did everything in an extremely organized fashion and I am satisfied with the move.

Good service but a bit pricey

The movers were punctual up to the minute. They were dressed in casuals but were professional at their job. Initially it was supposed to be a three-hour job but took six hours to complete. It seems I had more stuff than I originally thought. I liked the way they worked at both ends of the move. The pricing was reasonable but due to extended hours I had to pay more.

Organized and efficient service

We were moving to our new home and were pretty much excited about the whole thing. After going through BBB and reading positive reviews about them, we decided to hire this company. What struck me the most was their organized way of working - whether it is to pack a simple cup or heavy furniture. They did it flawlessly and I am very much impressed with their services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an organized move.
