Great Auto Shipping Service!!

Excellent service through Direct Connect Auto Transport! We used them to send our 3 cars. Both times everything went very smoothly and as he promised. You can use other shippers but I don't think you will find the satisfaction or level of top notch service Direct Connect Auto Transport provides.

Fantastic Service!!!

They gave me a fair price and stuck with it. The driver was great and delivered early! The car was a little old and needed some work done, but thankfully the driver jumped the car when the battery failed. It's little things this company does that separates them from others. I wouldn't think twice about using them again!

These people are awesome. They transported our cars and did so within the time frame and kept us posted on where the cars were on multiple days and gave us an approximate time frame when they would arrive. Absolutely NO DAMAGE done to the cars. Expensive but worth the piece of mind- WORRY FREE!!

Great company, as good as you will get in this industry. These guys are very professional, yet act like humans, not controlled corporate robots and will work with your budget if they can.

I greatly appreciated your outstanding work in transferring my car from FL to DC, in such short notice especially when one of your competitor cannot get my car transfer for over 3 weeks and your company did it in 3 days. Overall it was great service, my car was picked up and dropped off in great condition and everything inside was fine as well!! DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT DON'T DO ...

They damaged my car and would not pay for it or even provide insurance info. I signed a contract with them to deliver my car to my residence. After I payed them they refused to deliver my car to my residence. I had to take delivery of my damaged car on a street corned in another state. They told me that they had their own trucks and they were not brokers. They lied because they brokered my car to a broken down trucker whose rig looked like it came out of a junk yard. I went to their local office where I live and it was a P.O. Box.They delivered my damaged car a week late. WOW!!!
