I can't say any bad about this company. It is a very decent company. My loading and unloading were done properly and with no delays or other surprises. I surely recommend Dynamic Relocation.

Very pleased with the final result

The three movers we had were brilliant, they took care of everything. From packing to wrapping, from taking things apart to putting them back together, they truly did it all efficiently. I’m pleased with the final result and I will recommend them. Thank you!

They did NOT disappoint

They are not delivering my stuff. And ...

Stay away from this moving company. They never come on time and never deliver on time for pick up or delivery. My stuff should be delivered on Jan 7th til now they did not. When I call them 90% of the time they never answer my calls even when they pick up they are very rude and only one answer they have. "Stuff is on the way and don't know when it's going to get delivered and will let u know my end of day". But they never call me back and won't pick up my calls. Now I am worried about my stuff. Are they really going to deliver it. Now I am stuck and don't know where to complain.

Quickly became the worst experience ...

After booking my travel arrangements and paying a deposit for my move, I followed the instructions on which box size to use for my items. The contract and price quote sent to me said I had paid for 8 18x18x18 boxes. When the movers arrived they were very unhappy with the size of the boxes and insisted they were too big for them to carry. Everything was then unpacked and placed into random smaller boxes. The inventory list had little to no detail and had some items listed twice and some not at all. When I pointed this out he just insisted that it would be fine and declined to make any amendments. Once that was completed the gentlemen insisted I owed him over $1,000 and it must be paid in cash. He continued to tell me that my deposit was never received, although I had proof of payment and was told I could pay with my card the same way I did pay for the deposit. Once the items were packed and I made my personal move to san Francisco, it got worse. I notified the company of my address and that I was prepared to receive my furniture. No response. I followed up with an additional email to highlight the address and ask for an expected date of delivery. No response. I then finally found someone to answer the phone and they said they would send all the information over immediately and expedite the process quoting me at 5-10 days for delivery. Michelle also left me with the number for Peter and assured me he would confirm this as of Friday morning. 7 days later, after no one at any extension answered the phone and no one responded to my emails, I received a bill for "extended storage". When I called the number on that bill I reached the dispatch office, whom I had never been in communication with. They insisted that at that point, they still had not received notice from anyone in the booking department that I was prepared to receive my items. Now, another 5 days later I still cannot get anyone to answer the phone, respond to an email, or offer me a solution or amendment to what is going on. I do not even know if I am going to receive my delivery and am living on a airbed that I was forced to purchase.

Local Move

For a person who never moved before but heard how expensive and horrific, the experience can be I must say that Dynamic Relocation definitely surprised me. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They were prompt for the pick up and the delivery was exactly when the told me it was going to be. All my stuff was in one piece and they even reassembled my furniture back together. Next time I move I am definitely calling Dynamic Relocation even though they are in NJ.

I was anxious in picking a moving company. I had heard horror stories of incompetent and overpriced movers. I ended up choosing them after much comparison and research and it was an awesome experience. When moving in the future I know I will be using them again. I had a great group of guys and the whole experience was quick and comfortable.

Extremely professional moving company

Extremely professional moving company! They response very fast and made it very easy. The movers come in time, and they work efficiently. I was expecting the moving to take about 3 hours and they finish in 1 and half hours. Highly recommended!

Love it

They delivered my things the next day to Arizona and moved me in a very timely fashion. Never easy choosing a service but I feel I've made the right choice, hope you will too.

Dynamic Relocation did a great job with my belongings. Everything was packed very nicely and made it there safely. I though I would need storage because I didn't have my apartment leased when I needed to move out, last minute I got an apartment and the movers were very flexible and sent my stuff to right away. Ended up being a very pleasant experience. I would like to thank everyone in the office who was willing to answer my questions and were very nice every time I called.

Foremen and crew were professional and friendly. I actually love every minute of it because it was hassle free and less stressful than anticipated. They say that moving is one of the most stressful an individual can do but i think it all go away because of these guys. they are pretty amazing and very careful with the furniture and appliances. Awesome work done

These guys are a lifesaver. Thank you Dynamic Relocation. I was worried I would not be able to pull this move off and afford it but the guy who quoted me put me on a piggyback shipment and saved me a ton of money. They delivered on time to and all my stuff was safe and sound and I was able to actually afford the move. Nice service and they act like they care about their clients.

Top notch. I would highly recommend the professionals. He and his crew arrived 15 minutes early and finished 3.5 hours earlier. We saved money thanks to their speed and efficiency. Everything was wrapped seamlessly and they kept the newly painted walls scratch free. The best movers that I've ever used.

These guys are SUPERHEROES. I am so not kidding. Quickest move, and they were kind and very respectful of my artwork and belongings. VERY INEXPENSIVE. Never had a better moving experience. Yay!

These movers are fan-FREAKING-tactic. They arrived early, and had my entire 1/1 apartment loaded in an hour. Including the time for taking apart my surprisingly complicated bed! They were speedy, super friendly, and didn't gouge me on extras. Fabulous, will most definitely be using again because they just ensured a picture perfect move within my tight budget and time schedule! Easily give Dynamic Relocation 10 stars if I could.

Great Movers

I am single and really have no family to help me and I had to move to KY just recently. I am happy to report that I decided to go with the right company and I had a very good move, the movers treated my household goods as if they were their own. I am so surprised with how much respect they had for me, seeing as how I was all alone and wouldn't be able to fend for myself. I couldn't have asked for a better move, even if it was just my one bedroom apartment..... I will be telling my new friends all about Dynamic Relocation.

At the end of the move when I was given the bill, the final price was below our expectation. Sometimes it is inevitable to hire a mover when we can’t move some furniture professionally. They definitely fills up the expectation. They are well recommended.

The best movers ever-period. I have lived here for almost 20 years and moved several times with many companies. Dynamic Relocation are head and shoulders above the competition. They are courteous, quick and careful.

I had a very positive experience with Dynamic Relocation. After another moving company tried to rip me off, Dynamic stepped in and did a professional and honest job. I recommend Mike, Frank and the team as the good guys in moving. As I said I experienced the bad.

Best Company I've worked with

I have moved many time for my work and I have to say I hate moving. But of all the literally dozens of times I have moved Dynamic was the stand out in my experience. They are no nonsense and professional.

Our overall experience with them was a 10 out of 10! From the staff who answered our call and booked our move, then followed up to the movers who moved us. Everyone was most pleasant, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend this company and would move with them again.

Good Experience

They came, they saw, they conquered! Dynamic Relocation moved me from NY to Florida and it was an easy, stress free experience. They came when they were supposed to, did what they said they would do and charged what they promised. The only change was I had an extra stop and they only charged me 150 for that even though it was up two flights. I recommend them highly

They were misleading. Initially when I got the quote, I was not quoted for any additional packing fees. Then it was added to the bill after. It also took my stuff two weeks to get our items.

Worst experience ever

This has been the worst moving experience of our lives. We're used to moving since my Husband is a US army veteran. This, has been by far, the worst. This company lured us in by giving us a quick estimate and then promising us we could have it there the following week. I have proof in emails.Then when move day came all of the sudden they wanted $900 more to pack things that weren't in boxes. They showed up In a truck without a lift gate? Crazy choice for a moving company. The driver argued with me the entire time telling me there's no way we moved our things on own on in a 20 foot truck to get it to the storage unit calling me a liar, Complaining about how it was more than that; but I have proof from UHUAL of the truck size. Then after 6 hours of them moving our things from a storage unit into the truck, the company took our things back to their company and basically held them hostage. No one could give me ANY time as to when I would receive my items, where they were, when they would leave. They kept brushing me off telling me they'd call me back. I am a mom of two small children, an infant and a toddler. We were left homeless, living out of our car because of this company. Just waiting for someone to give me an answer. I called every single day. All they would tell me is that they didn't know when it would leave, then all the sudden it was on its way. (Probably a ploy to get me to stop calling.) they claimed they don't promise delivery dates when I had proof of an email that they did promise it. (Sales tactic.) They wouldn't give us the owners number or name. They fed us a bunch of lies the entire time. They gave me the wrong truck drivers number. They didn't know who had our things all they knew is that they didn't have them. THEN, after 12 days they finally said we would receive our things tomorrow. I can't even trust this company to even say that this will be accurate. No idea what the condition of our things we be. The manager saw that we had already written a bad review earlier that day after dealing with this. They offered a $200 discount IF we removed our bad review on YELP. I also showed them email proof of the conversation with the sales guy stating if they picked up our stuff on July 23rd that they'd "have it there for that Thursday or Friday." Directly after we wrote in an email asking if it could be the following Friday. THEN they said they didn't see where it said any dates!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so furious with this company. So here I am warning people of this horrible company. Do not trust them. It's all lies. * Note* our stuff didn't arrive yet; not when they said it would. And on our list of belongings they added a note claiming our things were damaged AFTER I signed it. I asked for a copy from the machine and he took it back saying id just get the carbon copy, THATS when they added that FALSE claim.

this company promised me flat out that if they picked up on sunday the 22nd of july they would deliver by Friday the 29th. it is now wedensday august 3rd and they cant even tell me where my furniture and materials are, where the truck is, and they don't even know who the driver is,
