Stay away! Bait and switch company!!!

Idk how these people remain in business. They lie lie lie and have no regard for their customers feelings either. Do not book with these people. They over charged me and under quoted actual cubic footage. 10x10 storage room is 1000 cubic ft- well according to them it's 735 cubic ft- price changed 3 times and actual items taken were much less than I quoted and I paid more than the original estimate after removing things!!!! Truck with my belongings was in a LOW BRIDGE they tried to cover it up but dummy Dave spilled the beans! Told me my stuff was on the way and arriving next day( a week later ) and come that day of supposed arrival they tell me who told u that- I'm like u did and the woman's like no I didnt - well I didn't make this up lol!! My stuff was still in jersey- another week later promised for Sunday the 19th on that day driver calls truck broke down not gonna make it- it's been over 2 weeks now! Where's my stuff? I was promised "financial compensation " as per Emily the office manager yeah well now she's ducking my calls and emails also! I've been hung up on by various employees, lied to over and over , have no idea the condition my items are in now , and still don't have them
