I am highly impressed with First Way Movers. They provided a great moving experience yesterday. Communicated and confirmed appointment every step of the way, showed up on time and completed the job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for my next move. First Way is totally awesome.

Pros in the making

We really can't say enough great things about First Way Movers. I shopped around for quotes and this company offered the most competitive price and at a flat rate (a friend's moving service couldn't beat these guys on price!). The two guys who worked the move were professional (in both dress and behavior) and were incredibly careful and efficient. Case in point love them!!

Work Move

I've used professional moving services 5 times within the past 4 years due to my line of work. I always thought I did my homework correctly and thoroughly, but was left disappointed, over charged, and flat out LIED TO each time....in one way or another. So when this last move exceeded my expectations and went smooth, I told my salesman, Marion that I would write a review, which was the only thing he asked of me when it went just as he explained it would. Honestly, I was preparing myself for the typical nonsense I've experienced in this moving industry with everyone else, but I must say...from explaining each detail of the job to handling my ever changing inventory list and displaying the utmost patience and professionalism, Marion and his team at First Way did exactly what they said they would. As a business woman, I can't express how much I appreciate that. Considering it was somewhat of a last minute move, they arrived when they said they would, and actually delivered my items 2 days early! (the previous company delivered my stuff, some of which was damaged only 2 and a half WEEKS after when they said they would!!!) My time is valuable, and I sincerely thank them for not wasting it, and being straight shooters from the very start. I wish I knew about this company years ago, it would of prevented my stress level from rising and changed my thoughts on this shady industry! But, there are some sincere, good movers out there, and for that, I thank you Marion and First Way! =) I will def. be using your services again when I have my next move. Thanks again guys!

Great Movers...Thumbs up!!

When I spoke with Michael on the phone to arrange the move he was friendly and helpful. I was able to pick up boxes and packing paper before the move to make sure I was ready for them. On the day of the move, the movers arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They were friendly, efficient, and the move went smoothly with all of my items arriving in perfect condition at my new place. I would DEFINITELY recommend First Way Movers to anyone who is moving.

Horrible

They delivered three boxes to us that didn't belong to us, they belonged to another customer. And so I had to have several phone conversations with them to arrange to pick up these boxes because I wasn't taking them to UPS and I wasn't paying for it. So they finally made arrangements with UPS/ FEDEX and they came and picked them up almost a week later, it was a week later. So they sat in my way for a week. Boxes that were marked fragile were damaged. I had three or four boxes that had at least one thing broken in each box, even though everything was wrapped in bubble wrap and marked fragile. When they off-loaded the stuff that was marked 'fragile: this end up', they put it down to the floor instead of up towards the ceiling. I mean, it was a circus. The people who loaded the truck when they first came to pick everything up, they were perfect. What happened between the time they took it from my place until it got here? You should have seen that truck when it came, the way the boxes were stacked and everything, it was ridiculous and I'm surprised more things aren't broken. And I'm really disappointed because I contacted a lot of moving companies and I went with you because I was guaranteed that the people that moved my stuff and that off-loaded my stuff would be employed by First Way Movers and that was a lie. And I am going to write a review because I am too happy. It cost me almost ten thousand dollars and the service was horrible.

Such Great Help

First Way helped with the move of our furniture and belongings back to my home town of Chattanooga . My wife and I were more than a little anxious. Large pieces of furniture and high steps were involved. But my fears were for naught. Bob and his crew did not scrape a single door, ding a single piece of furniture, nor scuff the new floor. They had the equipment, the expertise, and the concern to do the job right. Plus, they were all such nice guys. I have nothing but praise for all of them. If - God forbid - my wife and I ever move again, I will not look around for any other mover. I would go straight to First Way for sure.

Great Customer Service Guys!!

I found First Way via Google and they had amazing reviews. Their website looked professional which is always a nice start. I was glad to see that their professional website transcended over into great customer service and competence at their HQ. Over and above other move companies that I worked with First Way Movers were extremely kind and patient with me. They were more partners of the move, as opposed to 'some company' trying to make a buck. Something that I found was not common across all moving companies. They were great at communicating with me as I had a LOT of questions and I can't thank them enough for that. Michael the salesman that was my initial point of contact was extremely polite and professional. The service was on time and I couldn't be happier. Reputable Movers

From the initial phone call until delivery First Way Movers exceeded my expectations. They are beyond reputable when it comes to trust and honesty. We bought some furniture

We were buying some furniture from a friend and needed it moved from her house to our house. We also needed a heavy piece of furniture in our house moved to the basement. We were given a two hour window for their arrival and they came spot on. Three men completed the move quickly and were very helpful. The pieces moved were fully wrapped in blankets and clean. They moved the heavy desk to the basement for us. Everyone was polite, professional and did their work in a professional manner.

I'm very thankful for this company for providing me with good movers to take care of my items, they are very valuable to me and that's what mattered. The price was perfect and the move went well. My Truck

They gave me a quote for an exclusive truck for my move down to Miami Beach. Bob and his team were professional and finished the loading within 8 hours. I've used movers before locally so wasn't sure how these cross country moves turn out. I didn't realize time wouldn't be an issue but they explained to me that if I used an exclusive truck they were able to expedite the delivery in Florida. The delivery went without a hitch. Well recommended.

Family Move

Alex, Danny, Juan and some other guy came to our home. They were all extra-ordinary. We are a family of five, so I'm sure you know we have a lot of stuff. Our move was a big one from CA to NM. I could have dealt with other movers at a low price but in spite of that I wanted better service. All the items were put in boxes and were packed with utmost care. Then they delivered the items to our new place in a timely manner. They were really fast and very careful with our stuff throughout the move. Thanks again First Way!

Our New Home Move

First Way was GREAT. We had a complicated situation and they were with us 100% of the way. We sold our home (in California) in January and were not moving into our new home (in Georgia) until March. First Way Movers came to our home, helped us pack up (it took 2 days!) and then stored all our things in their warehouse, which is enormous! When we were finally in our new home, we called up and our goods were shipped from Cali in a week or so. The men arrived in Savannah and helped us unpack everything!! All the workers were kind, clean, courteous, and hard working. We were comfortable with them in our home and were grateful for all the help they gave during this very stressful time. I would highly recommend First Way Movers.

Recommended to us

We chose to hire First Way Movers after a glowing recommendation from a friend. When we called First Way, the lady on the phone was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The crew came over to our house on time and they were very well equipped. They packed up everything nicely and quickly. Whole relocation went smoothly. We checked and found all our things without any damages. Their experience paid off while carrying out huge and heavy furniture. They are very good in what they do. Back Home

I'm going to start by first thanking First Way Movers. They definitely nailed it on this move. I had to relocate back to Oklahoma because of my sick mother and the stress of that and moving was so overwhelming. So I filled out an online survey on a website and was bombarded by phone calls and Marion at First Way was the last one I spoke with. I was given the run around by plenty of companies but when I spoke with Marion I felt a sort of relief. He explained everything the others did but he seemed a lot more confident and knowledgeable of the industry. I needed First Way to do everything last minute, because of this such short notice of moving I was worried but they did an almost perfect job. When I say almost perfect , perfect would be a free move lol. So to sum it all up everything they said happened and the price was kept in my budget as promised. They are moving my sister as well and I know they will do a great job as well. THANKS AGAIN Marion and First Way!!!

Nicely Done People

I just finished a move with First Way Movers and I was extremely pleased. We worked with Marion as my sales rep and he was kind, courteous, always upbeat and a real pro. They kept our stuff in storage for 4 weeks until we found our new place. Everything went smooth as silk from start to finish. Our job was done by them and never subcontracted which I loved. Better than we thought

This move turned out to be much different from what I was anticipating. The relocation services were marvelous. I loved the cooperation of these movers and the attention to detail that was given. They were quick to make corrections where necessary and that made the whole relocation experience something really worth talking about. All I can do to show my heartfelt appreciations is to remain loyal in my next coming relocation. The reason I say I wasn't anticipating this is because my last move was so bad and they made it feel like a breeze.

Late Review

We hired First Way to transport our valuables 2 months ago. They gave us a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. The boys worked very fast and efficiently. They spared no details. The whole process took just under 4 hours and then our stuff was on it's way. We received the delivery right on the scheduled date since we added the express delivery option and the inventory list checked out. Nothing was broken or damaged. This move could have taken a serious toll on us but instead it turned out to be so easy.

Super Move

These guys were prompt, the move initially was larger than I expected it to be, but they banded together with their team and did everything. Overall it was a much larger move and they got us here safe and sound -- it cost us a few extra bucks because we too more -- but other than that, it was fine. Packing and wrapping services were great. What I did was just order boxes and other things, so that was provided, and when the movers came in they had extra boxes and wrapping materials and they went ahead in their processes to get the job done. Nothing was broken during the move except for a floor lamp when they were leaving and coming down the stairs, but the insurance company went through the movers and their insurance company came out and fixed it. I would recommend them to my friends and family. You hear so many horror stories about these things, but this one was actually okay. The pricing was fine, of course they came out and said that the pricing they provided was based on X and the move was going to take more than that, and it did cost me more than that, but I would have expected that from any other moving company I would have chosen and maybe more. They were very fair with me and I loved that.

Used Before

This is very capable moving company. I've never seen better moving in my life. Their customer service is so friendly and helpful form start to finish. The movers were punctual, organized and skillful. They arrived on time and packed up everything we own from buts to bolts :) The delivery was on time and I was so glad to find all my belongings safely transported. I would definitely hire them for my next move when the time comes.

These people are on top of their game. From start to finish the service my family received was above our expectations for this move. Every time I needed an answer somebody was there to help. That's what I feel is the most important part when doing a service like this. Quick Company

It was good experience. They were pretty courteous and it was fine. The price was reasonable. They did a little up charge but it wasn't that bad. Yes the price was competitive. They didn't do very much packing. I did most of the packing. They wrapped stuff. That was good. Proficient movers!

Easy Process, Job well done

Such a pleasure! These guys did a great job on my move from start to finish. Juan and Bob were both very professional and hard working. Violet, my Representative was on the ball ever step of the way and answered all my questions and I asked a lot lol. They were very careful with the furniture and also watched all the walls moving in. All fees were explained up front and were very reasonable. From front office to movers this is a well run company. I will use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

Right Choice

Thank GOD Ha Ha

I have be honest, I had no idea how good First Way was as a moving company when I hired them. Their quote seemed very reasonable to me, and it made me worry about their skills. Because in most cases, companies who quote you low are really incompetent but for some reason Marion put me at such ease. Fortunately, these men were far from incompetency! They arrived right on time. They packed up everything and loaded it onto their vans really fast. I had to do nothing except give them an inventory. They managed to deliver everything I own without a dent on it. I applaud these men for their flawless performance.

What a move this was

My Family just completed a big move from Oakland to Portland with First Way Movers and it was the best moving experience we have ever had. We set up the move with Marion and it just couldn't have gone any better. Marion stayed in contact with us every step of the way and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. Wonderful people!

Wonderful people! I was absolutely thrilled with the service they gave. The office staff was nice and helpful. Marion was super nice and was able to answer all my questions (or find out the answer and get back to me very quickly in a couple of instances). He was able to provide me with some of their boxes for free so I didn't have to buy too many boxes. The movers were friendly and eager to please. While they unloaded they always asked me where I wanted something and never just dropped things wherever. They even let me peek into boxes that I forgot to label so that they could put the boxes in the right place. That helped me so much because I had back surgery last month and would not be able to move the boxes between rooms myself. I will use them again without a doubt when I need to move next year. Wonderful job all around!

Our First Move!!

When we moved from California to Alabama we knew we would need help. I spent weeks researching moving companies. I got email quotes and quotes over the phone for weeks. The guys at First Way had the best rate and more importantly service. But I was worried about that old saying that you get what you pay for. Boy was I wrong. They did a fantastic job. They took care of our entire household. They loaded up everything. My husband and I didn't have to do much. They did a great job. The man that was our rep Bill called a few weeks later just to check on us. They are a very nice company with very nice people.
