Waste of time and money

I shipped my household goods with this company on February 10th and it is June 2nd and I have still not received my items and the company is unresponsive. I've been contacted by this company once in the last 4 months and they are rude and abusive when I call to ask for an update. I have been told that my order is too small to matter for this company and they do not care about getting it to me on time. My shipment has been sitting in California since at least February 15th. This company is an absolute joke, save yourself the time and energy by just hiring a reputable moving company.
