Not Dependable/ Unprofessional

I made a reservation two weeks prior to my move date for 11 AM. I called Henry (Operations manager) at 11:15 to get an ETA. Once he finally called back at 11:40,he said it'll be about another hour until they arrive. I called Henry again at 1:00 PM. Once he finally called back at 1:30,he said they won't get there until 4 PM! He promised he'd "take care of me" and deduct an hour off my charge ($105/hour quoted when I made the reservation). He said he'll also send a third helper to make the move faster and make up time,but that he'd only charge me $120/hour. I figured that would save me moving time and he'd deduct an hour too. They arrived at 4:15 PM (now the afternoon downpour is happening. That is why I scheduled a morning move to begin with) and I had to request they wear masks and provided one to one guy that didn't have one. Then,and I'm not making this up,one of the movers brought a huge pit bull up to my third floor apartment to see if I know who's dog it was,and let it go into my apartment running around onto my bed. What if this dog became aggressive? Luckily I had brought my dog to the new condo I was moving into! I had to lead the dog back downstairs because the mover just left this dog with me. Absolutely ridiculous! They finished the move at 6:15 PM after making me wait all day. ... and of course... charged me the two hours ($260 plus the $100 deposit plus the $120 truck fee) with no discount of one hour as promised. This company is very unprofessional. I had to beg for communication from Henry. They delayed my move 5 hours. They ended up getting more money out of me because of the third mover. If they had deducted the hour,I would have been upset by the delay,but at least I would have been compensated for my time waiting. And don't forget the dog they released into my apartment that could have been tragic if it was aggressive. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company.
