Magnificent!

My move was a breeze thanks to Houston's Best movers they really are the best movers! They are very considerate of one's time, they have a very positive attitude throughout the move and work hard from start to finish. They did not make me stress at all, all my belongings were packed very organized, and nothing was lost in the way. The team this company has hired really outdid themselves in my perspective on a moving team!!

I was in the lookout for a good, reliable moving business that would help me constantly move art pieces I was making so after finding Houston's Best Movers I was very satisfied with the way they worked. They have always been on time, and always make sure to secure my paintings before they hit the road. Great!

We had the wonderful experience of moving with 6 guys and 2 trucks today. Our house was a big project but not too big for Houston Best Movers. The team was hard working, safe, and trust- worthy with our stuff. They even moved our heaviest items like safes, a bar, a fridge, and a stackable washer and dryer with ease. It is hard to please me but I will only be using Houston Best Movers for any future business. Great services.

During the move, the crew was very good. The people who packed my things and traveled with the driver are different people and so were the guys who unpacked. The driver was the same. Overall, we had a good experience with American Van Lines. Going with them worked out well for us.

Excellent water removal services. The employees of the company are skilled and friendly. They offer fast and quick service. Genuine and affordable service charges. Thankful they could get to me so quickly in an emergency.

Affordable movers

We relied on Houston's Best Movers again for this recent move. And of course, everything went seamlessly. What a relief, especially when we didn't pack until the night before. Their movers came in and took over whatever I left unfinished. They even went so far as to take out trash for us. We'll probably move next year and I won't hesitate to, again, use these guys.

Very Professional

Just used Houston's Best Movers for my move and everything went so smoothly. The movers showed up ten minutes early and got right down to business. We have lots of furniture with glass and they took such care wrapping and making sure every item was protected. I just had my new house painted and the floors redone and they did not leave a scratch or mark anywhere. They are the best movers and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Easy to move with !

We just used Houston's Best Movers to move our apartment into storage. They made this move so easy. They came on time, were super friendly and really quick. I got a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived and then they came 5 minutes early. I am very happy I used them to move and would absolutely recommend using them!

They told me my stuff would arrived in ...

I had the worst experience ever, They came to my house for an initial survey and then they told me it would based they told me it would be 400 for the square feet. But on the day of the move they came and said it would be 500 dollars. So what was the point of the survey in that case. Then they told me the goods would arrive in 10 -15 days. And finally on the day of them coming they made me sign a lot of documents and then told me it would take a month it could take. Then they actually cheated me legally so November 5th is when my stuff moved and December 4th or 5th is when it came. and they lost some of my stuff on the way.

WORST Experience Ever!!!

Worst experience ever. The truck didn't follow us like they were supposed to, when we asked them to pull over so we could meet up with them the movers were inside a gas station eating lunch ON THE CLOCK. The "dispatcher" was screaming at me at threatened to turn around leave my belongings at the apartment that I no longer lived in because I was upset that the truck left without following me or letting me follow them. Then when we arrived they broke my 10 year old hibiscus to pieces, scratched the legs to my counch and the headboard to my bed and dropped heirloom piano that has been in my family for over 30 years. I was told that they would protect and crate the piano and wrap all my furniture and that it would be moved by professionals. After this happened I called the company and they said not to worry that it would be taken care of and a specialist would be sent out to evaluate the damage. Over a month later and several emails and my claim still hasn't been resolved. In addition, come to find out this company doesn't have their own claims department..they use a 3rd party vendor for it who says that they will not send out anyone to evaluate the claim and that they will only pay .60 on the pound for damages. So now my belongings are ruined and no one is to be held accountable. BEWARE of these companies!!! They tell you one thing and do the opposite.

Excellent moving experience

I hired Houston's best movers for my move of a one bedroom apartment located on the third floor (no elevator !) at an estimated time of 2 Hours and a total estimate of $290 (including trip charge). I was surprised when the movers arrived with 4 movers instead of 3 movers but the mover incharge calmed me that I will not be paying extra for the additional mover as they had a bigger job before mine that required 4 movers. The move itself ended quickly as they wrapped and loaded everything within 45 minutes and drove to my new apartment (15 miles distance). The move ended in the price I was quoted and all services were preformed to my satisfaction as the reassembled my bed and placed everything with care and attention. I would really recommend this company to anyone that needs to move within houston.

Nightmare

WATCH OUT! THE MAN TAKING THE ORDER IS VERY CALM AND NICE AND THE QUOTE WAS REASONABLE AT $99.00 AN HOUR WITH 3 MEN WHICH THE 3RD. MAN CAME LATER . NO PROPLEM. 5.5HOURS IS $544.50 RIGHT, NO WRONG.$959.00 which he then said you should have read the fine print. Extra charges for packing material and labor. My things were in storage already packed being moved to my apartment. Furthermore I did not ask for anything additional and was not told of any additional charges until the bill was presented to me at the end. They also did not tell me that they only take cash so he had to follow me to the bank to withdraw the money. After arguing about the bill he had the nerve to ask me to write them a good review.

Very Good Experience

Came exactly on time. Wrapped my entire furniture very professionaly and pretty quickly. Gave me 2 wardrobe boxes free of charge (which they took back upon completion of the move). The movers were nice and courteous and very friendly. The truck was a company truck not a rental and all the movers had uniform. I was picked up on Wednesday and they delivered the following day on Thursday morning. The quote increased only by $25 for crating my mirror. I can say without a doubt that this was my best moving experience utilizing a moving company.
