Missimng items

The items that were missing and listed on the bill of laden originally sent to you were in my belief stolen because we refused to give the very rude and vulgar driver of the truck $900. he demanded in cash plus the money order for the company. He left without delivering our property. Some items were so damaged when we did get our stuff that it appeared intentional. My drill press was bounced upside down and crushed the speed pulley and twisted the motor mount plus destroying the lid, my craftsman cabinet had all the base frame welds broken and the doors fell off resulting in loss of all the contents. Our glassware and crystal that was packed by the movers and put in a box somehow ended up with a castiron pan in the box, the pan was not hurt, but the contents were destroyed. Items to not show up were valuable, a 3000lb Troy Built pressure washer, 2 wagner ladders, 2 6ft folding tables, 2 bar stools, 1/2 in a cordless hammer drill and batteries with charger, a few other tools etc. This isn't a moving company, it is, in my opinion, a theft ring and a wrecking crew. I would counter offer, keep the $70.settlement you have offered and return my stuff !!!
