This moving company moved me so greatly! They did not let me do a single thing! They came on time and very quickly moved me out of my old place. They did all the moving and they did it very fast. They are rally experienced because they moved me in record time. There were no damages when I checked and I did not find a single scratch. These men move you like magicians! Can’t believe how well it went!

I can’t believe how well it went! It did not feel like a long distance move at all. They did everything and that’s why I did not feel any kind of stress at all. They are the ones who did the packing and moving. After unloading on the other side, they even helped me unpack. They were so nice and helpful. I am old and alone and I live by myself, so this kind of help means a lot to me. I cannot thank you enough for this kind of mind blowing service. I will never forget the name Kangaroo van lines!! No problem at all

Usually moving has one thing in common. Mistakes, damages and errors! But this was not the case this time. Kangaroo van lines moved me so smoothly. Everything was planned and executed with perfection. No damages at all. My kids loved their company too! Their toys were safely returned to them and my son loved them because they took out the time to fix his bike. I really appreciated that. Thank you once again for the lovely service. To be very honest, it was very nerve wrenching for me to fund movers and here I am with a very suitable option for the rest. Kangaroo van lines has been the light in the dark, all my work schedules and plans were collapsing with unexpected problems on the day of the move. Positive experience

I had a very positive response while working with Kangaroo van lines. Their sales rep was very supportive. I changed my date a few times and he gladly assisted. The moving guys did a great job with the packing. They packed so neatly and perfectly that I got my things back unharmed. Courteous and skilled

During rush hour, they were able to accommodate a schedule with us. After signing the contract we didn't have to think for a while for our belongings. They took care of the entire responsibilities during the move. The team of Kangaroo van lines got the job done on time except any trouble. They were super friendly. They made us weary free while picking up our furniture. They brought separate boxes for particular items like they used book boxes to put important books. Their staffs were courteous, clean and skilled at both ends. I am planning to hire them for my next move next year.

Great system

We had a great move with Kangaroo van lines. The system they have for getting prices is unbeatable. All you do is tell them what you are moving and you get an all in one price, the only way they charge you more money is if you add on more stuff which is fair. I spoke to their sales rep and he included packing materials which were good so that we knew the real cost and not the "basic" cost. Communication from the office was great during the move. We never once had to chase anyone down for updates. Even when we did call just to check in, someone always had an answer for us right away. I felt very secure and confident that we chose the right moving company. And at the end they delivered everything they promised. Well done!

They did not disappoint

I decided to use Kangaroo van lines after reading all the great reviews online, and they did not disappoint. They were right on time, took great care of all of my things. I wanted the packers to do the job carefully rather than in a hurry which could cause unnecessary damage, which is avoidable. The foreman and his team were awesome, had great attitudes during the move (I had a LOT of heavy furniture). Some things were hard to carry and fit through the doorways, but they had a solution for everything, and I could see them sweating like crazy while moving everything up a flight of stairs to my third floor apartment. It was just perfect! Truly the best!

Although money was not the only criteria, we were looking for a quality move which ensured our goods reached us on time and without any damages. The guys did everything they could to provide me with a damage free and stress free move! The company has excellent customer services and their phone representatives kept calling to find out if the move was going as planned and for any reason I was not being discomforted. The move has turned out to be the best move of my life. Kangaroo van lines is perfect and has everything I need!

Affordable services

Relocation services are believed to be highly demanding in payment considering the distance to be covered. Working with this theory really gave me a hard time approaching a relocation company. Surprisingly, associating with Kangaroo van lines it doesn’t cost you an arm and a tooth. They are down to earth in both their attendance and even charges. Their charge quotes were simply startling. They have everybody covered in their pricing criteria. I ended up getting a standard relocation service and at a pocket-friendly price. I owe them big time.

Amazing job

This is a fantastic relocation service. We experienced pleasant, friendly movers who were very careful with our belongings and had a positive attitude. Even coordinating our relocation with the office was a pleasure. Our old building had various insurance policies and demands, which Kangaroo van lines handled quickly. With so many recent moves, I'm hoping I won't need movers anytime soon. But if I do, I'm going to call Kangaroo van lines.

They were fabulous

I had to ship 40 boxes to my grandmother. I contacted 2 other companies, who were both extremely expensive. I started doing some basic research on moving companies and came across Kangaroo van lines. Their guys picked up the boxes, palletized and shrink-wrapped them. It took about 3 days to get to the final destination, which was not an issue for me. My grandmother got everything, and she contacted me saying that the guys were great and she had no damage. I was happy with the experience with this company and would consider them if I have to ship or move again.

The customer service team was awesome

So this move had a couple hiccups. But the way the company handled it was top notch. I will definitely use them again. We have a toddler, so we had to carefully coordinate babysitting and nap time around the move. The movers ended up coming late (one mover was sick and they needed a last-minute sub). We rolled with that, but it did throw off the childcare planning. Then their truck broke down! More bad luck. But the movers themselves were very friendly and professional, and when I told the company how the move went, the customer service team was awesome.

So much appreciation for these guys

Kangaroo van lines quoted quite low so naturally it seemed a little fishy to me. I was quite crunched for cash and a move seemed astronomically expensive, so I hired them anyway. They sent a crew right on time which was the first thing that impressed me. The men were all very apt and experienced. They brought along a lot of packing materials and started packing everything. I was very impressed seeing how creatively they packed everything. All my things were then carried down 3 flights of stairs onto the vans manually by these men. I cannot help but to have respect for such hardworking people. If everyone worked as efficiently as them in America, there would be nothing to worry about. I give this company a 5 star rating.

DO NOT USE

Do not use this moving "company". Seriously, don't. We needed to move from IL to AZ. Our experience with Kangaroo Van Lines started out promising and our initial contact with Danny on May 31, 2020 was pleasant and reassuring. He addressed all of our initial concerns and questions and we felt comfortable committing to their services. We were supposed to receive a confirmation call the day before pickup, but it never came. After not receiving any communication the morning of pickup, June 25, 2020, I reached out to them and talked to Chris Brown. He said he needed to reach out to the IL office and then he'd call me back. This was at 11:24 am, and at 2:02 pm, I receive a text from Chris stating, "Unfortunately our driver got sick
