It was a well plan move i finally got my dream home , so it was time to move they contaced me thru a broker system and finally i found Onyxx movers not only they had one of a kind name the movers were Awesome Josh was in uniform and they came on time . they charge me extra for stairs but everything else was fantastic ..

Most unethical way for make money

I would never recomand thia company. Infact,I wish military and govt. transportation department blacklist this company. Used my husband's military backgroud to torcher him emotionaly to sign contract first. When driver came decided to cone 3 days later with more people and started packing stuff just to finish task without taking care . Just save little cost of some bubble wrap and extra blankets. Used our own bedshit abd cloths as a packing material. Packed light weight empty stuff and trash as well and when there was only big furniture pieces left,said your space is done,for furniture pay $ 1000 to my company or give me $350 than only we will transfer your furniture. We asked with storage and was not given. After reaching georgia started blackmailing is that pay me right now ( without performing full move service that we had contract for)... or They will not return anything including safe with my husband's passport,SSN card and other sensitive military document. They broke our stuff on way and now noone is picking up the call for us to claim for the damage.

DAMAGED, LOST, SCRATCHED, BROKEN AND ...

I was quoted a price of 3118.00. Actual trip cost 6700.00. The only thing good I can say is they delivered the furniture on the delivery date. My furniture was picked up October 22nd by Francisco. They transferred my furniture to another moving truck in Denver. This was not agreed upon. The people who delivered my furniture were hired off of craigslist to move my furniture. ( I have that recorded from the driver). My furniture arrived scratched and broken. The pick up driver in Georgia had no tie down straps, ropes, plastic and maybe five blankets. We had to give the driver our tie downs. My furniture arrived scratched, beaten and broken. I can't believe the condition of my furniture. I am beyond distraught. I had many antique pieces that will now have to be refinished. We all know how refinishing antiques decreases the value. I have taken pictures and sent them to Onyxx Movers and have called. I have been hung up on, laughed at and ignored. They will not give me their insurance companies information. When I wrote my first review, they emailed me and asked how could I write such a terrible review. They pride themselves on their service. I sent that Nicki all the pictures of my furniture and they holding me hostage until I remove my bad review. In my delivery I had an extra box of a little girls dolls. I asked them to please find who they belonged to. I would pay for shipping. I have yet to hear from them. They don't even care about children. I have the email thread of them holding me hostage to fix my belongings if I will take down my review. Please learn from my mistake and don't use these movers.

Highly satisfied customer

I was highly satisfied with the move. The communication before and during the move was great. George the dispatcher kept me informed all the way. The process was well explained. The crew headed by David is a star. I was worried if my junk will all fit in what I thought was a small but I was proven wrong as my stuff was taken in one truck and delivered on time in New York, NY. And, the cost didn't go up. I mean Onyxx movers didn't try to gauge me for more money, since as the driver explained my stuff was as declared. I will surely use them again and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others. Not positive things

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We have used them twice already because of the excellent service they provide. We've been lucky enough to always have them help us. I requested a quote via yelp and as advertised,they got back to me in a matter of minutes. They make the moving process smooth and hassles free. These gentlemen are fast,efficient,friendly really know what they're doing. I trust them with all of our personal and most valuable belongings. They are worth every single penny.

They were SO meticulous in wrapping

I've moved eight households over the years, across the country and across town, and have worked with movers that I would rate from poor to very good. By comparison, this company is GREAT! They were SO meticulous in wrapping, padding and moving my furniture on and off the truck that everything arrived in perfect shape. They were very patient and helpful in placing and replacing all the stuff in my new place and a genuine pleasure to deal with. I rarely write reviews, either good or bad, but I would gladly give this company and crew a few more stars if I could. Great experience!

Would recommend this company

Though we booked our move through Northstar Van Lines the job was brokered out to Onyxx Movers out of Atlanta. Being in the Transportation Industry I was concerned. The move however went well. The driver ( Sunday ) showed up within the time window and actually go to our new home before we did. The price was exactly as agreed with no additional or surprise charges. Thank you to George ( owner ) and the Crew!
