Moving our stuff from CT to CA was a nightmare thanks to Rapid Relocations. We basically paid them to lose and break our belongings. I really doubt the good reviews here... since there is no way to contact them, the phone is never answered, no email, they deleted the facebook account. This company is a scam. The owner "Sam" blocked me and my husband right after offering to pay 600 usd for all the stuff they lost, he was very understanding at the beginning but then he disappeared, blocked us and We NEVER got paid. I could understand if they'd break a plate or a glass, but they lost our Sofa!! (they only delivered the four feet of the sofa,the movers even tried to leave someone else's sofa), the bottom part of our bed, the tempered glass of our coffee table (the coffee table was also damaged and they wrapped it!), a piece of our dining table, they lost my husband's grandfather's handmade wooden side table, a full size wooden mirror, They lost 6 boxes, one of them with books and my husband's high school year book, a box with beer steins I brought from Germany 16 years ago and Rapid Relocations managed to lose them, a box with pillows and blankets, a box with winter accessories, 3 picture boxes. Damaged items? Pieces of China (they put heavy weight on FRAGILE BOXES as labeled), a computer Monitor, a desk, a computer, a lamp. This has been a MAJOR loss. We paid them at the end 3,751 usd. For what? We had to buy ourselves a new sofa, a new bed, a new dining table, new coffee table, new mirror, a new monitor and sofort. We were charged for the truck to deliver to our apartment an extra 400 usd with someone else's stuff. We won't be able to retrieve our belongings, but at least we can prevent other people to make the same mistake of hiring them, through J

Amazed by their services

I have been using random moving companies to move goods since I am a businessperson who regularly move business goods. It happened that I used Rapid Relocations this round. I was amazed by their services. I have never had such a good experience in any of the moving companies before. Now this will be my pick onwards.

They are fabulous

Before every move it is given that I will have a nervous breakdown. With the whole mess, I add more to it. But this time Rapid relocations made my move very easy. I had to make few phone calls back and forth to finally hire them. They took over all the responsibilities on their shoulders and did such a fine job. They had a well maintained schedule and transported every piece of my belongings safely. Surely without these guys my relocation wouldn't have been so easy at all.

Only good things

Honest, reliable, dependable, efficient, careful with my goods and really nice people to work with- this is how I can sum up Rapid relocations. I was very happy, not stressed out. I had used this company several times before. This time I moved from one condo to another in the state next door, but they took no shortcuts. The furniture was wrapped and protected the same as if we had moved to another state. These guys really strive for client satisfaction and the fact that I’m here writing a review for them means they were really good. They maintained timings, were careful handling my valuables and it turned out to be a very simple move in their hands.

Sincere and earnest movers

I was at a complete loss since it was my first move. The moving companies kept asking for so much money that I almost gave up on moving. Then I called Rapid relocations. They quoted the lowest, so I hired them. They turned out to be quite reliable. The movers packed everything swiftly and there was no drama while they loaded everything. I was quite impressed seeing how the four men handled my heavy furniture. Not everything was perfect. They managed to break a mirror but that's acceptable I suppose. There was no extra billing and the movers even helped me unpack everything. None of my things went missing which is a common situation with other moving companies. I strongly recommend them.

I picked the right company

When I had to move for my first job away from home, I was completely at a loss. I didn’t know which company to hire. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I hired Rapid relocations. I didn’t know anything about them. But I really got lucky. There were absolutely no problems whatsoever that took place during this move. They expertly handled the move and delivered all my valuables on time. When you hire a company like this one, you can get away with not knowing anything about moving because they just take such good care of you.

Maintained scheduled perfectly

We are one of those people who lived to tell how poorly their past moves had gone. But I’m here because Rapid relocations did something different. Their movers arrived on time. We have never had movers arriving on time in the past. These movers were very creative while packing our valuables. Even the furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. They delivered on time as well and my valuables traveled very safely. I don’t know why I hadn’t hired them before. I could have saved myself a lot of time, hassle and money!

These movers were amazing

This was our third time relocating. As they offered us an affordable quote, we hired them. The customer service of Rapid relocations was prompt and the quote was very reasonable. We had too many heavy furniture but the movers managed it quite efficiently. The movers had to carry them out of my house and down by stairs. Towards the end, my elevator gave up and the men finished carrying everything down two flights of stairs but they didn’t give up at all. Frankly, I had to nothing during this move. They were the best movers I had ever got.

We moved many items from our home in Watertown, MA to Estes Park CO. Pickup took place on 8/8/18, and delivery on 8/17/18. Upon delivery, several items were either missing or damaged. The damaged items included a solid wood library table, handmade by my now deceased father-in-law, an antique pine desk and an antique mahogany end table, and the glass was broken on several pieces of artwork.The missing items include 3 boxes of miscellaneous household items, a solid walnut baby cradle handmade by my father-in-law, a ceramic floor lamp, 2 patio chairs and a jewelry armoire.The company we contracted with was Rapid Relocations out of Jersey City, NJ, USDOT# 3037610, MC#42900. The Registered Name on the delivery truck was Southcoast Carriers, USDOT# 1633509, MC#602306. Both of these companies have been contacted with no resolution. In addition, the third-party we were instructed to contact no longer does business with these companies.

Rapid Relocation has a great reputation for prompt relocation. They keep to time and do not disappoint. I am going to tell my friends and family about them. These guys are super amazing and incredible. They are committed to giving you an extraordinary relocation full of ease and fun. The team was really helpful to me. I recommend them.

Impressive crew

I was going to hire a different company. But just to check their quote, I called rapid relocations. They countered the earlier quote I got and so I hired them right away. The crew of 4 men handled every piece of my belongings very carefully. They were very efficient and didn’t really waste any time. They gave me a delivery date 7 days later. They kept in touch with me throughout the week. My goods reached my new house right on the promised date which made me very happy. Given how fast the boys worked, I can only imagine how much money I must have saved!

Flawless move

When I say my last move was flawless, I meant it. Rapid relocations handled my last move. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly, I must admit. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. on the scheduled date the delivery was made. All my breakables survived the journey. I kept thinking about an issue to aware you guys. But I really couldn’t fault them for anything.

No more traumas! Now I have the perfect moving company who can move me like a breeze. They are totally capable of doing such a thing! They moved me last month and it was fantastic! They have very low prices and also flexible payment methods. Their moving crews are efficient, caring, professional and very hardworking. They moved all of my household items very nicely and carefully. Everything was delivered on time and unharmed too! I paid exactly the same amount I was quoted! Rapid relocations is a very good moving company. They are very nice and caring. They have very low rates and price match guarantee. Their moving men are seriously very experienced and skilled. They will take out your things form the basement, attic, garage and anywhere you can think of! They will do all that so easily and smoothly! I hired them last month for my move and it was so great! There were no damages upon delivery and no extra fees! I strongly recommend this moving company to all.

They moved me from point A to B without any problems at all. The moving men moved me belongings with care and did not damage a single thing.
