Missing items and crates of things

Grace gave me the claim form I completed and returned in July. Confirmed she received it and have not heard anything since. She is not answering any calls or texts. Before this issue she was quick to respond so that says alot. Its now November 1st and I have not heard a word. I'm hopeful they will do whats right but so far nothing

Good Service

With charging $135 there was NO sense of urgency. If I hadn't help with some of the little stuff their would probably have another hour added to the charge. I've moved over 20 times and they were close to being the slowest. They were very pleasant and took good care of my household goods but worked to slow. A six hour job should have only taken 4.5 at the very most. Again, friendly and careful service but have to work faster.

Won't Pay for DAMAGES !!!

movers broke my 60" TV. the owner & I agreed on $200.00 payment in addition to the $480.00 balance I owed. After being patient & not making a big fuss about the damage Grace (the owner) told me the check was return mailed to her because she didn't put my apartment number down. I doubted her story since mail carriers usually know where to deliver mail even without apartment numbers. Grace then promised to depo. the money to my bank account the following day. I never received anything! tried to call her back several times. she just avoids my calls...i'm sure KARMA will catch up with her business!
