Professional, courteous, efficient. The team at Red Raider Moving handled moving a bunch of furniture from my sister’s apartment to a storage unit. This company is the best. Moving is very stressful, especially when you have antiques. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. They sent an estimator first who was well mannered and experienced. I knew then that this was the company to work with, after speaking to 4 others. They then assigned a point person who was knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with. Our moving date changed several times, they worked with us in every way never making any issue of changes. The movers themselves were a great team, worked well together and with us. I'm Happy

They did a great job moving our washer/dryer, couch and dresser from our 3rd story apartment to our new house about 8 miles away with no problems. Using a large Dolley 2 guys unhooked, plastic wrapped and brought down the dryer and then the washer. One guy then carried/balanced our couch on his head and walked it down to the truck while the other guy wrapped the dresser in plastic wrap. They both walked the dresser down to the truck and followed me to the new house. Once there the only problem was that the dryer required a 3 prong cord (we had a 4 prong) and the washer cold water hookup had a rubber hose that was rusted stuck. They didn't want to put too much pressure and break it so they hooked up the rubber hose for now. All in all a good experience because I didn't want to do that myself!

They were great. We got everything moved and it was done quickly and I don't know anymore to say. it was reasonable in price, the price was right I'm tickled by them to death. I don't have any more to say.

They canceled!

They were terrible. They called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house and canceled. I had to be out of my house that day.

Well, for one, they took too long. Way too long. They only had to move a couple pieces of furniture. It took them all day to move a bedroom set.

I scheduled the move several weeks out, not knowing if the place we were moving into would be ready for us. I checked the reschedule policy and just needed to give two days notice, which I ended up having to do, and no problem. Got a new date and time ten days later. I received a confirmation call and email 24 hours in advance, requested some additional wardrobe boxes, which actually came on the day of the move! Corey took great care wrapping our furniture and protecting the new floors.The team was efficient and neat and we would recommend/use them again.

Top notch delivery and delivery crew

Called got a initial quote for 2 very heavy tables approx. 200lb each. Owner went to location of pick up and inspected tables. Call me back with an updated price, because of size and one being a glass top, we agreed to the method of packing and price. Called the day of delivery to let me know his guys were running behind, but would call when they left pick up location, which they did. The delivery men (2) were very nice, easy to talk to and were very careful with my tables. They did an excellent job wrapping the tables with moving blankets and shrink wrap. They had no problem putting them exactly where I ask them to. I would recommend Red Raider Moving to anyone who needs something moved. You get what you pay for and I am very pleased with their service. Blessings for the future Red Raider Moving.

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend Red Raider Moving. Colby and his partner were incredible easy to work with and they were punctual. I didn't have a lot of things to move, but they treated every piece with extreme care and delivered without my presences to the right location and placed in the right spots! Nice Guys

Moved out of my very first apartment into a new one earlier this week. I only had them move my furniture and heavy stuff for me but they were great! I'm a slight procrastinator and barely had anything ready to move but they weren't rude about it or anything. Great price too! Already told all my fb friends to use them too!

Awesome

After reading the other reviews, I decided to call Red Raider Moving for our upcoming move. Ryan was really nice and helpful and got me scheduled right away. The day before we were supposed to move into our new apartment, the building called and told us it wasn't going to be ready for us until the following day. We had to call and reschedule our pod and the movers. At first, Ryan said they were completely booked (last minute on a Saturday, I expected as much), so I pouted, cancelled my service, and started looking for another moving company. A few hours later, Ryan called me back and said he had a cancellation and could do it. Yay! Saturday came and Ryan, who was supposed to be off for the day, showed up with a worker right on time. Between the two of them and my husband, they unloaded two VERY full pods and moved everything into our 3rd floor apartment in three hours, without one scratch or ding! These guys are great and I'll be using them for any future move!

DISHONEST, UNETHICAL owner and company. The movers complained the whole time, and packed the truck very poorly. We lost many items due to damage from the movers. When we have contacted the owner, multiple times, he ignores us. Them he LIED to the BBB saying that we weren't his customers. Stay far far away from this company. You will be sorry if you use them!!
