WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

DO NOT USE. RIPPED OFF AND LOST ITEMS. I could not have had a worse experience with Roy's Moving Company. I would not wish my worst enemy to use this company. I WAS RIPPED OFF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. The delivery timeline was several weeks late and the run-around that I got when talking with their customer service was the most disrespectful kind of service I have ever received from a company. They lost family heirlooms, broke my box spring and bookshelf. AND almost all of my kitchen appliances. We were ripped off. Couldn't be more heartbroken and angry.

Smoothest Moving Company

The movers Carlos,Hector,and Alejandro were all you could ever ask for when moving. Once they arrived,they began to do their jobs swiftly yet carefully as none of our goods were damaged at the end of this whole process. We had agreed to one price at the being of this process,and to my surprise,that was what I ended up paying,nothing more,nothing less though I ended up paying them a tip for their great work. They were able to package all of our valuables without any supervision,and they made it clear from the beginning that they were going to do a great job,and so they did.

We had to move furniture out of our place to get some renovations done on our house, we put everything in storage for a couple of weeks. They took little time to move everything back. It was a hassle free experience and the rate they charged was fair for the service.

I was so stressed out about this move! Last time I hired a moving company, they destroyed most of our stuff. With Roy’s Moving, it was so different, from the initial phone call I knew we were in good hands. The team took care of all the insurance requirements with our condos, worked the move without our supervision as we went about with our day. They also dumped everything we did not want to move. Outstanding experience!

The guy was super nice! They gave us a call for an ETA arrival and was perfectly on time which I was concerned when looking at other moving companies. They were very careful with our stuff and very honest about everything. Even down to the minutes when having a break time. Few days after the move, I got an email from the company. I was truly impressed by how much our feedback as customers matters. They did absolutely everything to make sure that we're completely satisfied with the move.

Loved these guys

Loved these guys - punctual, very friendly and professional. They loaded quickly, they were completely comfortable taking apart my large treadmill and putting it back together in the new place. They took my bed frame apart and put it together - it was awesome. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

These guys were amazing. They arrived early and hustled the entire day until the job was done. They were very careful with all of our items and shrink wrapped everything to protect it. The move out of the apartment was challenging but they took it n stride. They also helped once we were at our new place moving items around to see various room settings. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

SIMPLY THE BEST

These guys were awesome. Wrapped up all furniture, disassembled beds, tables, etc. They showed up at 8 am and were done moving a 3 bedroom apartment in 2 HOURS! They are good but this was a last minute change. Next Time I move, they will be the first number I call.

I have used many moving companies in the past, and Roys Moving are the best movers I have ever used. They were on time, very fast on the job, and listen to their customers. Most affordable movers

The best experience I've had with movers! They showed up 15 mins early and had everything out very quickly. I was dreading moving and these guys really made the event stress free! Not to mention they were the most affordable movers I found. Highly recommend!!!

Crew are amazing

The crew are amazing! i did around 10 moves with them both personal and corporate and they are very professional, careful and punctual. I highly recommend Roys Moving!

Truly, truly, truly a fantastic ...

The day of the move, they showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were total pros, wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap, and my anxiety was instantly gone. THEY WERE SO FAST, RESPECTFUL, AND CAREFUL!

Moving is a pain, but this helpful group helps take the major sting out of what would likely be a huge headache. I had originally planned that they would only move the big things but was easily swayed to having even more than I planned moved by them. I have never been so impressed by a moving company and by each one of the men who did the lifting and carrying. Roy’s Moving were fast and focused. No sitting around chatting as many movers do. The price was completely reasonable and affordable. Overall, A+ experience and I highly recommend using their services.

Did a good job!!

Three guys arrived and they did a good job of packing up quickly and protecting my belongings. They didn't waste time and were efficient.

Painless experience

I can't emphasize enough how glad I am with the service this company has provided us with. Though the service started little late than planned but these boys came in like strong wind and took care of everything in no time. They were great they smiled and completed the whole job in matter of two and a half hour. And I hope I'll get to use this company after a year for my next move, I wish these boys and company my best wishes.

Amazing crew and customer service!

If you're looking for movers - you've come to the end of your search. Roy's Moving moved me out yesterday from a 3rd floor walk-up to a 2nd floor walk-up in 3.5 hours. They quoted me for 5.5 hours so they were speedy!

They were super quick, friendly and efficient. I felt the crew was careful with our stuff. We were nervous with the amount of room the truck had, but they packed us in so we'll we could have moved more stuff! Quote was accurate and billing was easy. Would use again!
