Nothing Was Broken

Many thanks to Marilyn. She was always very quick to respond. That made a move less stressful. She was always there to answer my questions and return calls. It was a month and a half to get the shipment to Germany. I was very pleased that it took only three days to get it cleared from customs. Nothing was broken.

I am so grateful

I can’t express how grateful I am that I got my piano safe. The SDC crew came with packing materials, a crate and equipment to move the piano through 5 stairs. My heart trembled, but they did a tremendous job. Piano was moved from Dallas to Italy. And a fair quote too.

They were accommodating to moving into a home with refinished wood flooring and were great at the disassembly and reassembly of furniture. They were very mindful of the protection and packing of the furniture to ensure no scratching or damage was done to my furniture and items. Enjoyed having them there to get my move done! The best shipping service I had ever used! I moved alot mostly because of work and I knew what to expect, I'm happy to say that SDC exceeded my expectations which were high to begin with, we recently received our cargo went through all of our items . No damages and everything was accounted for. The service itself went very well as well. they handled all of our paperwork professionaly and made it really easy for us.

I had to ship 20' container to Ashdod . this was the 2nd time that i have moved overseas with SDC , and i can't say in words how professional and reliable the team was. they did door to door service , i practically did nothing but providing my documents that needed , and of course paid - which was the same amount they have quoted in the beginning until the end! they did it all, and done it best!

We had initially contacted SDC who sent their representative, we also had other companies come out to check but were truly impressed by the knowledge and customer service we had encountered from all of the team In SDC. We came to the US 3 years prior for my work and had a good idea of this process, but somehow this time was much easier than the first. Our container arrived on time the communication was on point, their local partner was able to work around my schedule and the delivery was great. Honest and professional SDC

I contacted SDC for shipping my boxes to China this August 2. Holly has been very honest and nice. So I decided to hire SDC to move my stuff to China. But after I paid them deposit, and they already booked my cargo everything, I had to cancel the order because I was told my budget was cut half. Holly and SDC other supporting stuff were very professional and nice, I got my deposit refund within 2 days. In the whole process SDC was very efficient and honest. It's the one we can trust with no worries.

Sdc is the most attentive Caring and professional company I had the pleasure to deal with. Holly made sure I was getting all the information I was looking for, made sure that the price I was getting is fair and justified even took the time to go over all kind of other offers I got from other companies and clarified the meaning and the process thoroughly. This shipment was very important to me some of the items were inherited and priceless, it was very important to me to find the right company who will answer every specific demand I had and this guy’s follow through from the time they picked up my cargo to the time it was delivered to my Door in Brussels, Belgium.

Good experience

My wife just informed me that the items just got delivered at our new home in Toronto. Everything seems to be in order. My experiece with SDC was good. The actual price was a bit more, but I was informed ahead of a time, so I was ok with that. My wife keeps the invoice so I dont really know or remember the estimated and the actual invoice. I hope I wont be moving again.. the cleaning, organizing, and packing was ok.. but selling our house was tough! Still stuck in LA to close escrow.
