horrible attitude and snide commentary

Highly argumentative and horrendous attitude of brokers. pressed "1" to get an earful of hateful comments. pressing "2" took me to customer service who was much nicer. i'm not sure why they feel they need to meet out such attitude when a customer is calling, but rest assured, what goes around comes around. no thanks to doing business with them!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save ...

Don't assume that you will receive better service because you paid more money. I thought I paid additional money for peace of mind and quality, but I was wrong. I used Ship Your Car Now, LLC to have my 2011 Hyundai Elantra transported from Los Angeles, CA to Chicago, IL. I worked with Joe to have my vehicle transported and he was very professional and quickly helped me find a driver. The experience was actually very positive until I came into contact with the driver. The driver did not speak English as his first language, had a very thick accent, and poor communication skills. This presented issues throughout the course of the transport process. When he called me the first time, he told me he would be picking my vehicle up at 10pm because he had a lot of vehicles to drop off in LA. I told him I was not comfortable giving my vehicle to him at 10pm and asked him if he could get it in the morning. He yelled at me telling me that I was throwing off his schedule and that I better be ready when he gets there in the morning. When he called the next morning, he was being rude and disrespectful again. He had a hard time finding the apartment and got an attitude with me about it. When it was time for me to give him my car, he tried to charge me additional money for having my personal belongings in it when I had previously been told that it was ok for me to have things in my car. He told me that if I did not pay him he would not take my car. At this point, I called the office and got someone to talk to him. They calmed him down, he slammed my door, and sped off in my car. After he drove off in my car, I complained about how unprofessional he had been thus far and I was reassured that he would apologize to me, which never happened. When the driver arrived with my car in Chicago he had an attitude AGAIN and refused to drop my car off at my house. He told me that there was viaduct that was too low for him to drive under and that I had to met him 1 mile from my house. I gave him instructions on how to go around it. (I have had auto transport companies drop my car off at my house on 3 other occasions and this viaduct never presented an issue in the past.) He told me he would not try to go around it and that I had to meet him there or else he was putting my car in a yard then proceeded to hang up on me. I called him back twice and he did not answer. I called Ship Your Car Now and a lady named Cristy tried to mediate the situation. He was rude to her too so she got a manager, Garrett, involved. Garrett talked to the driver and the driver STILL refused to use my directions to get to my house. Garrett told me that the driver would come get me and bring me to my car but I was not comfortable getting into the car with him after our previous interactions so a neighbor dropped me off. Garrett reassured me that he would work to help me get a partial refund for receiving such poor customer service and

It was good actually. When we estimated the date, they told us three days. But they didn't come actually. The pickup was late. But the delivery was good and the car was delivered good.

To ct I spoke with tom he was sick in the hospital and still worked his butt off to get my car shipped on the christmas holiday I would use this company again without batting a eye the car wasn't due til Fri it was here on wed thanks Tommy you made it happen

Congenial and on time

I thought everything went excellent. The transport driver was congenial and on time, there were no issues whatsoever. Yes they did [give me a price quote and it was] exactly [what I paid].

It was excellent. I really liked my driver, Sergio. I was very happy with it. The car was delivered an earlier time than I expected and was in pristine condition. There were no problems with price haggling or anything like that. So I was very happy.

It was actually fine because it was during the long weekend... they said they were going to pick it up on Saturday or something like that, but they said due to the weekend they couldn't pick it up on that day. So they took the car on Tuesday to be delivered on Sunday, but I think it got delayed a day. Everything was fine, the car was in good shape. Everything was good.

The guys that delivered it were ...

It went great. The guys that delivered it were freakin top notch dude. There were no problems. They were totally polite and totally cool. I was down here in Alabama at the shop and the car was up in New Hampshire so they had to deal with a person up there. They had to drive the car out to them, they were wicked polite to them and very professional. Dude, I mean freakin 10 out of 10. If I ever move a car again I will not ever hesitate to contract out with them again. They were awesome.

They were very good

They were very good. They took a very reasonable price and they service was good. I asked them to pick up the car on a Sunday but due to some reasons they picked up the car on Monday but delivered it on the right time. They worked pretty well they communicated all the time, what's happening and everything. I paid $150 at once and once they delivered the car I paid the remaining balance and there was no change in price.

It was great. It was very easy. Shana was the primary contact and she explained the entire situation, made me feel really comfortable. She kept in contact with me until we got the approved person and she kept in contact all the way through. I paid the exact estimate. It was perfect.

It was really good. I'd like to say thank you very much to the company. The service was excellent. The driver was also very polite. We greatly appreciated it. There was no damage to the car at all.

The company was professional but the ...

The company was professional but the pick up was about a week late. They gave me an estimate for $1800 and the actual was $1900. When they were picking up the car, they were telling me it'll be picked up tomorrow. Then they wouldn't call me back, and then the next day would come and I'd have to call them and that continued for about a week. That wasn't the best experience. But besides that everything went smoothly.

Sent me every detail

They were really fast and really organized. They guys called me and told me everything about the car and they sent me every detail by email. My quote was what they told me the first time....

They did a good job except for the ...

The brakes were ruined on it when it came here, somehow the brake line got busted and all the fluid came out and I had to get that fixed. They came and picked it up the day they said they would, and they dropped it off the day they said they would, so that was good.

It was great

It was good. We ended up moving two cars with them actually. Everything was fine except the first time we had an appointment for them to show up they didn't show up. It wasn't the Ship Your Car people, it was the actual movers, just never notified us. But I talked to Ship Your Car and they took care of it right away. The estimate is what I ended up paying them. They were reliable and did it quickly.

Great service at fair prices

They did exactly what they told us, there were no delays and the car is in perfect condition -- everything is fine. Their estimate was around $900 and I ended up paying about $50 extra. I spoke with one guy beforehand and he said that I could put some luggage in my trunk under 100 lbs. and I did it. But when they came to pick up my car they told me I needed to pay an extra $50 for that luggage in the trunk. The customer service was good as well. I called them a couple of times and they gave me the information I needed and the drivers' phone numbers and they have been updating me as well. I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them to go for it.

my Quote #: 525278-CL they are a third partners that means they are just organizers they have no actual shipping vehicles they just arrange for shipment through other companies. my shipment (motorbike ) supposed to be from California to saudi arabia, in close packing all the time and i asks specifically for any extra payment at the time of pickup due to previous negative reviews, i was told there will be no extra payment by Mr. Ferrari. The shipment was transported in open cargo all the time. delayed for 3 weeks in the warehouse as they arrange with Schumacher transport company. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 750$ AS THE DIDN'T PAY FOR THE PARTNERS IN SAUDI ARABIA FOR LANDING FEES. when i contacted Schumacher transports they referred me back to ship your car now. I CONTACTED MR. RANDEL FERRARI HE HANGED THE PHONE AND NEVER ANSWER ME BACK. the good things they do ship your car or bike, but they are not committed to the details in the agreement. you have to pay extra money at the time of delivery. and after that they just run away with your money. i dont recommend this company find a real company that has the facilities rather than arranging with others because you will face difficulties.

Driver was accommodating

The car was okay, although it arrived much later than we thought. But we understand the problem. They gave us a certain date and they came many days later than we thought, but the driver was accommodating. Certain things they didn't tell us upfront, like you pay the driver - I didn't know that. Also, he doesn't take credit cards; certain things like that which were not convenient, that we could have known beforehand. Once we called and said we really needed the car, they delivered, but it just took longer than we thought. There was nothing wrong with the service but just some information didn't get passed on and what we expected to happen didn't happen. Pricing was very low compared to other companies, that is why we went with them. The crew was fine and the driver was great. All of the agents were very accommodating, very thorough. I really enjoyed the communication. No one was rude, and it was all very well-done. We just didn't have some information. We wanted to get what was promised, but things happen. I wouldn't recommend them because - like I said - it was very inconvenient. I don't know how other car companies work. Most car companies can't really deliver at a specific time. It happens a lot. They come for the car. I can't really say I would recommend them, but then again it might be the same thing everywhere else.

Fairly priced good service

The move was good. They were easily reachable and they were providing updates. That was the good part. The pricing was fair. Moving service was very much fine. Only thing was that in transit it was difficult tracking the driver. That was a challenge. Everything else was fine. I think any potential customers should go ahead with this company. The crew was nice and polite.

Well Done!

I didn't know how much it would be to get my van moved, but I did talk to a lot of people. A lot of time ended up getting wasted because of places telling me prices I wanted to hear. $800.... $850.... they had me thinking it would get done, took my money, and left me to sit and wait. I would call and call and then get treated like I was some scum bag for asking why my van hasn't moved. A friend had just had her car moved a few months ago and told me to call ship your car now. The difference in service was like black and white. I was treated like a person. The way a paying customer should be treated. They didn't want anything from me except to sign a document saying that I would use them and that they can find a driver for me. They took care of everything and I am now happily settled in my new home.

Prompt service

Just that they got the car here when they said they would at the price they said they would do it. Yes I have received all the services that I requested. The crew were very good. For future customers I would say - they just did a good job and I don't have any issues with the move. They did what they said they would do. Price seems fair compared to what everybody else was charging. It wasn't the cheapest. It wasn't the most expensive.

Great move personable service

Great. Very new. Pretty personable and all that. Gave me free information where it was at, all the time. It was good. Yes sure the price was reasonable. Yes I have received all the services that I requested. For future customers I can say just that they are great. The crew members were great. It was pretty great. They gave me a lot of information. Not very prompt in getting the job done

Well, they gave me one price and once I booked with them and he said he gonna call me back and once he find the driver and later on when he called then other people called me and I have told everybody I am sorry I got somebody and then later on when I talk to him he didn't answer my phone for two hours I tried and he didn't answer, later then afternoon he called me back he said first he told me like four something the cheapest you can pay like 5. I ended up paying $50 more. They were professional. No I didn't talk to customer care. I think the service is great.

Responsive and prompt service

It was good. It was satisfactory for me. Yes the pricing was reasonable. Yes I have received all the services that I have requested. I have talked with the crew over the phone, so far very much responsive over the phone. I didn't see any problem over there.

Timely service at best prices

They delivered on their promise. They have competitive pricing. That was good. I didn't see anything odd in the crew's behavior. That was good. Yes I did receive all the services that I have requested. Ultimately the responsibility lies in the customer. If you ask if I would recommend them, I would say yes. If the future customer wants to use their service - they can do two things, price comparison and see what is the best competitive price that the customer needs. That is how I would go around that. I didn't go looking for all the others competitors. So I couldn't tell you how other people have their price set.

Outstanding service

My experience was actually really good. My car was picked up on a friday and actually was delivered by monday. The driver called me every single day to let me know the status of where he is and how the shipment is going on and all that. He showed up on time as scheduled. My car came in great condition. Nothing wrong, came the way as picked up. They were extremely friendly. Other companies had reviews where they had hard time contacting the drivers. Their driver is extremely friendly. We had conversation - like I mentioned before this man would call me every single day and let me know where he is how much longer he will arrive at destination and what time he will arrive. He arrived exactly at the time he said he will arrive. Yes the price was reasonable. I am not really into prices for car shipping. I just paid what they gave me. I guess it is reasonable. Yes I did receive all the services that I have requested. No advice for this company. They actuallly blew my mind away. They were actually very good.

A smooth move despite the storm

Everything went well. The time they said they were going to deliver the car, they did. They were several hours late but that was during pretty bad storm all through the midwest. We were a day late getting it there but that was expected. The prices were reasonable. Everything went well. Everybody was great. Everything went smooth. There were no complaints whatsoever.

Good service professional crew

It was good. They told me they couldnt find the driveway and they found the driveway. The price was good too. I think whatever they promised, they delivered. That is really what was it. The service was good. Absolutely what I needed. The price was reasonable. Whatever they promised that was the price was. No advice for customer service. They knew exactly what they were doing. There is nothing that I can put to that. They knew what they were doing. For future customers I can say use them, they are really very good. I really don't have any complaints. They are very good. Whatever I requested I got it. They were professional.

Excellent service no problems at all.

It was good. All in all real good. I have no complaints. A lot of it is, you go into this and you don't know exactly how all of this works. The initial gentleman that called me was very informative. What I was particularly pleased was, we agreed on a price and everybody stuck to that price. The crew was excellent. The kid really knew what he was doing. He had the car loaded up in a matter of about five minutes and he was off. I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move their car in the future.

Exceptionally good service at fair ...

It was very good. The guy who helped me was called Isaac. Every time I called him, he would just pick up. I changed the date a couple of times and he kept on telling me it was fine. He arranged on that particular day for them to go and take the vehicle. So he was really helpful. I ended up paying them $550 but I compared it to other companies that called me and I think it was a pretty good offer. I am not a person who chit-chats when my stuff gets delivered. The guy I spoke to was very helpful. I don't know about the driver but the guy was really helpful. I have no advice for the customer service team. I think they are perfect. They should just keep up the good work.
