Avoid at all costs

So far, I would rate zero stars. I planned my overseas move with Howard one year in advance. Started off fine, but once my stuff was picked up, I have almost zero communication. In fact, I think at this point my calls, emails, and IM's are being dodged. It's been 2 months since my items have been picked up and no one knows where they are. The status,... are they lost.... am I paying for storage of my lost items? The only thing I want to know is if I still have belongings and a tentative ship date. But I honestly feel my items are gone at this point. For the level of customer service I am getting, I should have gone with a different company. Avoid them. You get what you pay for, lesson learned way to late.

Picked up our goods on time 7/1/2021. Were promising to ship around 7/22/2021. World wide logistical problems slowed shipping. However, now 4/24/2022 (Yes, 9 months later) and still have not shipped our goods even though they could have, and want more money to simply release my goods back to me at point of origin without providing any shipping services what so ever. Will not normally answer phones or email, and initiate zero contact on their own. I feel like they never intended to ship anything in the first place. Going to my attorney now. Do Not use this company! (And note, our actual costs are unknown as of yet... So it will probably be well above estimate, with no shipping services provided!)
