This company is a complete joke!! They do deliveries for Samsclub.com. Don't expect them to show up when scheduled...return your calls or be available when needed! They called me Monday to schedule a delivery. I requested a Saturday delivery. They said that would call me Friday to give me the delivery time. They called me Friday and told me they would be there Saturday between 2-4pm. At noon on Saturday I missed a call--when I looked at my phone, it was from a number I didn't recognize--no message was left. At 3:56pm, after the company didn't show up as promised, I called the number that called me at noon, just in case it WAS the delivery crew. Turns out, it WAS the driver, Miguel, who then told me, "OH, I'm sorry, I'm done for the day. Let me call my dispatch and they will call you back." Guess what??? Of course I didn't receive a call back...the driver stopped answering his phone...nobody was in the office. Needless to say, my delivery never showed up. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Avoid this unprofessional shitshow at all costs!

Amazing Service

These guys were great. First my relocation specialist was easy to talk with and she gave me all kinds of trick to make my move cheaper. Packing was a breeze , they even protected my wall and floors on both ends and made sure all my furniture was wrapped so careful. The GM showed up for a quality check and make sure my move was going smoothly. NO COMPLIANT HERE.
