Worst mover!!!

We had a worst life experience with this moving company. On the day of moving and during delivery we got so many nasty surprises. We were contracted to Spark movers through a broker. On the day of pick up the drivers came in a rented truck which is not usual for a reputed moving company. They quoted us double the price of which we agreed to the broker. Unfortunately we don't have any other choice than to go with this moving company. After pick-up when we started following up with them for the estimated date of delivery we were given bunch of lies from their customer support. Each person said different status about our items at some point I was thinking these guys might have sold my items. At last after 20 working days from the day of pick up they delivered our items. These guys damaged all our furniture, broke glass items and missed one of our boxes. They also misplaced other customer's items in our home which we are placed it in a secured storage till they take. When we asked about claim we got an email from sales saying not to post review in any third part site till we claim our damage and also the claim process almost takes 60 - 90 business days. Every time when we try to contact them they give an irresponsible answer and showed no interest in answering our queries. To whomever want to do a peaceful moving please stay away from these guys.

Do Not Use Spark Moving Company

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My scheduled delivery date was 4/1/2019. I still HAVEN'T received my belongings. It is 5/6/2019. I can't get any straight answers from the customer service. I call them EVERY DAY to ask for an update. They tell me each week my stuff is on the way and it never shows up. Fraud charges have been filed and they clearly don't care. They were served with the paperwork last week.... my stuff still isn't here. If you care about your belongings at all you will use a more reputable company. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I will provide an update with the delivery status next week along with an update of the condition of my items.
