I received an in person quote a few weeks before I needed to move. They came out, arrived on time, did a quick walk through and provided me an estimate for services. The estimator was knowledgeable, very polite. I decided to take a chance with this company because they seemed the most logical and professional out of all the people I spoke to. I am so glad I did! On the day of my move, the crew arrived on time. They were very polite. They seemed to work well together, as they all got right to it and knew exactly what to do. We were out fairly fast! All of my items were wrapped, just like the estimator promised. All of my items were put back together in my new place and there were no damages. These guys did amazing. I am impressed! THE BEST PART, When it came time to pay the bill, the original price on the estimate is EXACTLY what I paid. No questions asked. No hidden charges or overages. Thank you SUMMIT for being straight forward and honest.

Moving

Summit Van Lines was a total disappointment to me They moved me in 2020 and stored my furniture for 4.5months. When my furniture was returned to me my dinning room upholstered chairs was covered with mold Cost me 200 dollars to clean,my China cabinet was missing the base also I later discovered chips in my living room wall unit. Don't believe the insurance sphele that's the worst,they are not insurance combust there to aggravate the client. You provide proof of damages they kick it back to Summit who makes you an insulting offer. So for my damages they offered me $60.00 as a settlement without a call or a question from the actual moving company.if all goes well with your move it's great if there's a problem you are basically on your own financially that I

I MOVED FROM HIGHLAND BEACH,FL. TO TUCSON,AZ. I HIRED SUMMIT MOVERS IN FT. LAUDERDALE,FL. FOR THE MOVE. I PAYED EXTRA FOR VIP SERVICE WHICH ,MEANT THEIR BEST PACKERS AND EXTRA PACKING MATERIAL. I PURCHASED ADDITIONAL INSURANCE FROM THEM SO THAT IF DAMAGE DID OCCUR I WOULD BE PAID FULL VALUE AND NOT BY THE POUND. BECAUSE OF POOR PACKING SEVERAL VALUABLE NON REPLACEABLE ANTIQUES WERE DESTROYED. FOUR CARTONS WERE LOST. THE PACKERS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. DELIVERY WAS FOUR HOURS LATE AND CONTINUED TO MIDNIGHT AS TWO HELPERS LEFT,LEAVING ONE MAN TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK THEY OFFERED TO PAY $102.00 FOR $15,000-$20,000 WORTH OF DAMAGES I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING SUMMIT MOVERS.

All my valuables were safely and timely moved to my new house. I was very impressed by the movers as they took such great care of my belongings. We were moving for a better job offer. My wife and I are not experienced movers and so it seemed wise to hire a moving company. I called Summit van lines because they’re very sorted after by everyone. Their customer service was just amazing. They were very thorough with the questions and it was really easy to get a quote. The movers arrived punctually on the moving day. The four men were very efficient. They quickly packed up everything and loaded the van with all my belongings carefully inside. They used sufficient amount of packing materials to safeguard our breakables. As a result, none of the things were damaged at the end of the journey. It was the easiest possible move.

Relocating is such hard work. There is always too much to pack and too many last minute details to take care of. I relocated last month and I just had so much to do before leaving. Most of my furniture is old and passed down through generations. I required Summit van lines to be really careful while handling those pieces. They really showed a lot of respect and skills while moving those old pieces. They used adequate packing materials and didn’t clutter the van. I was still worried about them when the van was on the road. But fortunately, when the van pulled up, I found every piece completely unharmed. They performed such a good job at an amazing price. I have gained a lot of admiration for this company and definitely will hire them again.
