BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING AND TERRIBLE ...
They charged me 4 hours for 3 hours. It was supposed to send three men but sent and charged me for four men . That may not have been so bad. Had most of the men been working all at the same time. They were hired to simply move everything from one location to the other within approximately 60 ft. No boxes, just take everything from one room and arrange it the same in another room. That was not done. I'd gone over this several times, with Roman, the man who was coordinating the move. He assured me that only needed 3 hours, and that they already had everything they needed to simply transport my belongings from one room in one location to the same room in the new location. I was very clear that I did not want a situation where I had to pack an unpack because that would most likely take forever and bus costing me more money in the long run. He assured me that his men had what they needed to transport my belongings from one room in the old location to the same room and the new location and put everything away. That did not happen. Instead, his men told me that it was my responsibility to pack up stuff, and put them in back boxes. They refused to left the first few dressers, that were light enough for two regular sized women to carry, and insisted that I removed all of the clothing out of the drawers as opposed to them. Just taking the drawers out transporting them with the clothes in them, and sliding them back inside of the dressers once they arranged them in the new room. To top it off, Roman said that if I needed to pay for more time, I could do it and they would build in 15 minute increments. However, after the 3 hours that we agreed was over, Robert, the head mover that was actually here, refused to work any less than 3-hour increments. He also had the audacity to request tips for all four of the men, $40 each. That was baffling, at best, to me. Is it that I paid for 4 hours, they only worked three, refused to work anymore than additional three, and then have the nerve to fix their mouths to ask before a tip for all four of the men. Most of the man just stood around, like I said, looking like dumb and dumber. They didn't understand any English, just Russian. When I attempted to ask two of the men that were standing outside just with their hands on the hips, to go into the kitchen while the other two men were working in the bedroom, I couldn't because of the language barrier. I cannot be any more disgusted by the outcome of this move? Should you decide to hire this company anyhow, I strongly suggest that you not only send them an email in writing confirming all of your expectations, in detail, but Wait until they have confirmed exactly what it is you expect them to do. Do not have any conversations with them over the phone. With regards to your agreement. Roman told me, for example, he was going to send three and confirm if sending for was going to be necessary prior to the day of the move. That never happened. My expectati
