It was good. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did everything they were supposed to do.

WORST MOVE EVER

I just used the company on 2/21/15 and was very unhappy with the entire experience, especially the part about my freezer...see below: 1) They quoted one price and then tried to charge me another price 2)I was told over and over, by the "lead" mover, that "Paul" (the person who made my reservation, "didn't know nothing about moving." I asked why he worked for the company then? And the lead mover just shrugged his shoulders 3)The unplugged my freezer in my garage but failed to move it to the new location. When I went back to my old residence the next afternoon the food in it had spoiled. Now I have had to file a complaint with the company to get them to reimburse me for the food that I had to throw out. 4)They work really slow. One mover spent more time folding the moving blankets than he did actually moving stuff. 5)They tried to charge me for TAPE!! He told me that tape was $5!! Then he RAN OUT of his tape and had to use mine! I was nice and didn't charge him the $5 6)They will try to get you to buy multiple roles of shrink wrap. 7)They told me that I had to empty my refrigerator from my kitchen, both the fridge and freezer part. I understand taking any glass items out but what mover ask you to empty the freezer?? Do not be swayed by the low price like I was, you will pay for it in the end. This company has some very shoddy business practices and should be avoided at all cost.

Well priced and competent

They were well priced, very competent. Yeah, I think they did a fine job with it. They were nice guys, yeah, they were good guys. They were late, but they were friendly.

I would defintely use them again

It was great, they showed up on time. Actually a few minutes earlier, which was excellent. They did a great job.

It was great and the crew was wonderful. The service was excellent, no doubt and the pricing was reasonable.

They did a great job

When I first inquired online I put in my inquiry and I guess it went out to different movers, but this one guy called back within five or ten minutes maybe faster, and I got a few other inquiries back but after talking with this guy the first time, he offered great rates and said he'd been in business a long time and he sounded trust worthy, and sure enough he was. So they showed up on time and they did a great job with the move and I didn't have a single complaint or a single damage.

Good move, but a little expensive

The move was very expensive and it was more than what they quoted me. At the end the guys got a little pushy for a tip. But other than that, they were okay. They took care to wrap my furniture up, which was very nice, but the shrink wrap was $40 a roll and they ended up using five or six rolls, so it was very expensive. But it was nice to see them take care of my furniture like that. I would use them for shorter moves maybe. Our move was a very long day, so it was a lot of work. My advice to the movers would be that it's okay to say that you accept tips, but not to ask for it at the end. I gave him a tip, but he asked for more and I didn't have any more.

Enjoyed the entire experience

They were great, I was completely satisfied. I guess they were all very friendly. They seemed to be moving at a good speed and there wasn't anything in particular that stood out, but I was just satisfied overall. The price was reasonable and I did receive all of the services that I requested. The crew were all great and I really, really enjoyed their company.

Average service

They are good, except that we had a little bit of a problem with the quote that I was given over the phone. It turned out that there were more charges that I had explicitly understood were not going to be part of it, such as all of the tape and all other kinds of stuff. We had a little disagreement at the end of it, but we kind of worked through it. They discounted our things by $100 but I was very, very clear that this was the total move, no additional charges. Over the phone they said yes but when it came time to execute everything, there was few hundred dollars that I wasn't prepared for. But I received all the services that I requested and the packing was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them and the crew was very good, very professional.

Happy with the moving experience

They were very good and I was quite happy. Their pricing was reasonable, it was worth it. We did receive all the services that we requested and packing was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Will never use them again

They were not that great. I got a couple of things that were broken. Price was okay, but they were kind of slow at the end. They were short of men as well.

Unprofessional crew

They were not very professional. They came very late. They were supposed to come at 8 in the morning. They gave all the reasons, like the truck broke down and everything. They came around 1 pm and even then we had to help with all the loading and unloading because they were not really professional. They broke the lamp in the new house. It was really messy.

Great service but expensive

It was a good experience. The price was far more expensive than I thought it would be but they still did a good job. I asked up-front whether there would be any additional charges. It would be the exact number that I paid at the end, they assured me, and it was $150 more -- but the service was great. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the price. The men that came were great. They did a great job packing up the truck. I would recommend them.

Everything went well except for small ...

I was little bit disappointed because we didn't order to have everything with the bubbles and my mattress got all dirty and my mattress cover all got torn and my mattress was the only thing really something special to me because it is a good brand and other than that there were minor things but I really I had seen that when I passed that's the most thing that happened. I hadn't seen it because it was put down on the bedroom. My mattress got all dirty and now I have to go and buy a cover for it which costs me $50 and the cover and the mattress is dirty one side because I guess we didn't say bubbles and they didn't like that. That's all my complaint. The pricing was okay, even though my daughter and I were moving and my daughter she is young so she of course she want it everybody to complete it in three hours but I know sometimes it takes more but that was no problem. This was the first move for my daughter. I received all the services I requested. Packing was pretty much done up to my satisfaction. The crew members were very nice especially the gentlemen who was directing most of the moves, no problem.

An average move

It was good but there were some damages to my bedroom set and couch that I am not happy about. Yes they had reasonable prices. I have received all the services that I have requested. Packing was good. The crew members were very good. Yes they were very professional. I don't have any advice for this moving company. Like I said minor damages that I am not happy about. Otherwise they were quite good.

Except for hidden charges the service ...

It was okay. The persons who came they were pretty good. My work was done like within three hours but the problem was there were hidden charges. So they said there will be more hour charges than what they said they were going to take after the end of the work. Apart from the prices, everything was okay. They were pretty good bringing up everything - their truck and all supplies. So they were pretty good. Packing was done satisfactorily. For future customers my suggestion would be inquire about hidden charges before you lock on to anything but they are very good. The only thing is look for the hidden charges first.

I am not satisfied

I am not satisfied with that moving company like they got scratches on my refrigerator, I got a big scratch on the front door and then the furniture had scratches on wood and then tool was taken, I lend him my tools and they didn't give back. I already told them a lot of times I called them to bring back my tools, they asked me to because they don't have tools that to disconnect the bed or the table, they don't have tools so we gave our tools to them and they also gave per hour and they have a minimum per hour, we already have 11 hours for three men and they were so exhausted and they didn't finish and so hired another two men and but they have a minimum of four hours and I paid a lot, I am not satisfied. I am not recommending them anymore because I keep on calling them to bring back my tools and also with scratches what shall I do with scratches and they have to pay that. I paid a lot and telling them that I am not recommending them. They were ignoring me. They sent me three, four people and they were not that professional because it was a small house and it was almost 12 hours and they didn't finish it in time. I thought the movers will take 6 hours minimum and they use a lot of shrink wrap to wrap the items and shrink wrap is so expensive $40 a roll and they put one roll for one item, I am not satisfied with the company.

Great crew and wonderful service

I am writing in to say thanks to the people who have moved my home. It was a wonderful experience. Their staff was great - had a friendly attitude and were willing to go the extra mile. One of the crew members helped me in debris cleaning. The pricing was reasonable but I have only one complaint, that the bubble wrap was expensive.

Outstanding service at flexible prices

The moving crew came on time and knew very well what they were doing. They finished all the packing in a short span of time. Their customer service was very friendly in answering any of my questions. The pricing was flexible - we had one for a long distance move that was given a flat rate and for the interstate move they charged me hourly. I would definitely like to recommend their services to my friends and family.

TLC Moving

TLC did an awesome job helping me pack and move my belongings. Everything was delivered to my new location without damage. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about packing, dismantling furniture and appliances. I asked for a crew of 3 professional movers at $75 per hour and that is what happen. No hidden fees!!! I highly recommended this company!!!!!!

Smoothest move ever

The teram was prompt and did the walk through with me. I was introduced to the team right away and they didn't waste any time getting started. Any requests I had were followed without question and they all were polite and smiling. I had moved a lot of items over myself, but I have to say..having moved more than 20 times in my life, this was the quickest and most efficient move ever. I would reccomend them to anyone.
