Smooth car move

We only had one problem - he showed up late because of flat tires. I don't have any problem recommending them. The driver was fine, he unloaded the car and made sure everything was fine. He parked the trailer on the street and got the car to the door. The pricing was competitive. They were professional in their attitude. The only issue was finding my address.

RELIABLE AND WELL RECOMMENDED

Like everyone else, I'm very cautions in looking for a company that could give me what I expect in the process. I researched and read all kinds of reviews which took me so many days to finally make my decision. Though this company has very high ratings, I still have the benefit of the doubt that they might screw-up my shipment. I ventured to call and spoke to Tanya- a very pleasant, friendly, and confident person who firmly assured me that they can deliver my car within a week. She quoted me a reasonable price compared to others and so I decided to have my other car be picked-up from a different state, too. Amazingly, the following day Tanya contacted me saying that the first car will be delivered. Within few days, the second car was delivered on time. The transaction was very smooth and all drivers were on time. Tanya was incredibly communicative to me which made me feel secure and confident that they did a very good job. You will not go wrong in choosing the Total Car Shipping and I will definitely hire them on my next shipment.

I contacted Gilbert from Total Car Shipping after dealing with another broker for over three weeks that left me hanging on the day my vehicle was to have been shipped.
