Amazing experience!!! To be honest I hate moving, always stressful , often something go wrong... United Relocation Group were very gentle quick and very professional! Competitive price and very fast service highly recommend!!

If you’re a frequent mover like me, you’d know that it gets very annoying to have to move your things around so much. I’m glad I had the help I could get from them! They were professional, which is also a plus and something I look for in companies. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a large move!

We oicked the right one.

I'm not one to leave reviews often, but they really deserve for me to leave one. My wife and I recently moved and didn't know who to use. We basically took a shot with United Relocation and were very glad we did. We were pleasantly greeted over the phone and customer service made us feel very comfortable. We were given a guaranteed price which was very competitive. We figured we would use them. The truck showed up on time on moving day and loaded up our furniture. They really seemed to know what they were doing and cared about our things. We have an old grandfather clock which is very cumbersome; they took great care in loading it. Upon move in, it was raining a little bit. I figured, that it was no big deal for my furniture to be unloaded, but they said they had no problem waiting for the rain to stop in order to protect our stuff. We thought that was very nice. We couldn't have been more happy with United Relocation Group and would surely use them again!

The best choice for a mover.

We had choices and are so glad we made the right one!!! It isn't always easy making decisions. There are so many companies on the internet that it can be near impossible to find the best one. We used United relocation group for our move and really think they are the best. This is the 3rd time we moved and the first time we didn't have a problem! They gave us a window of when they would arrive and they showed up right on time. When they saw our things, they saw we had a couple extra boxes. Even though they weren't too large, they moved them at no additional charge! The last company we used put everything on the truck and then wouldn't unload it unless we paid more. United Relocation Group really is different. They were also very careful and clean making every effort to respect out property. I highly recommend them for any move!!

Excellent Service

United Relocation Group really did a good job. I called several companies and wasn't happy with the customer service on the phone. I felt pressured to sign with a company before I even had a moving date. United Relocation group was very different. They were very nice on the phone and didn't pressure me at all. I received a follow up phone call a few days later and I booked them. On moving day, everything went just as planned. They showed up on time and took great care packing everything. They were very clean and friendly as well. Delivered our things on time too. The price was very competitive and they are very honest.

They did a great job on my move. My wife was a nervous wreck, but they reassured her the move would be easy. It was, thanks to United Relocation! They were punctual and customer care was top of the line! Nothing broke either.

Thank you so much for making our move from VA to KY seamless and stress-free. Everyone was so helpful and courteous from the office staff to the moving crew. There were a lifesaver!

They were a lifesaver when our other mover bailed on us the day we planned to move. We coordinated closely with Nick, was a fantastic experience with United . I have moved 2 times in the past 7 years and I had the best experience with them. The guys showed up on time, they were super friendly nice and very careful with my things. They were very efficient and quick which was critical since we reserved the elevator for a specific time. Everything was handled professionally !

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!!

This is a horrible outfit to choose! They tell you how much they will save you, give you a "Not to Exceed Price", and then totally disregard it! They wait until all of your belongings are on the truck and you are ready to leave to tell you that the price is going up! They also managed to break or lose many of our belongings. They lie to you on the phone, and are the most arrogant creeps I have ever dealt with! Don't make the same mistake I did. Go with anybody else!

Beware

When I schedule my move I was given one price then when it was time to pick up my items the price when up tremendous by this person named Roman who started asking how much did I pay for my tvs also how much did I pay for my pictures etc.I told him so I think he felt that it was a green light to over charge me, hen I was told that I would be giving a different price at delivery. so right away I called Reggie who is very deceiving person acting as though he had no clue about the shady business that was taken place but, all alone was part of it the whole time. stop answering my calls about my questions about the additional fees.."playing dumb role" fast forwarding to the date of my move 3/19/17 on a sunday right. what moving company conducts business on the weekend unless you want that. I was told that I had to pay more money to put my things in storage knowing that that was included in the price, so I had persons to put my things up for me sad, beware of the shady business of the United Relocation Group.STI movers is who I regret not going to.I will NEVER recommend United Relocation Group to anyone

Best moving company. Professional, very hard working and courteous. He took charge and made sure boxes and furniture were put in the correct rooms. I highly recommend them.

They were on time, efficient, and friendly. They took care with my most treasured furniture pieces making sure that everything arrived at my new house in mint condition. They asked questions to make sure everything was placed where I wanted it even after I changed my mind a couple of times. It only took 2 of them to move a huge desk down stairs, the same desk took 3 men to deliver new. It was really a great moving experience

These guys are excellent!

These guys are excellent! The pricing is up front with no hidden fees or surprises on moving day. They showed up exactly on time and worked almost non-stop until the the move was done that afternoon. They were well dressed, well groomed and very polite. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'm calling United Relocation Group and no one else.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. It took over a month for my furniture to be delivered and I could never get a straight answer as to the timing of my delivery. Added packing and material charges were assessed that were not part of the original estimate. I felt like I was being held captive because they would not touch anything before I signed my life away. The same was true upon delivery. Payment for the balance needed to be made before they would lift a finger to remove anything from the truck. Some items were so purely packaged that they arrived damaged. The process for filing a claim is so onerous that it would only add to my frustration. I have never seen a company run so purely without regard for their customers.

Overall did a great job

United relocation Mover's staff was professional and courteous. Their quote was 100% accurate and there were no hidden fees. The representative I worked with checked in with me throughout the process, was extremely responsive when I reached out to him with questions, and overall did a great job

THANK GOD THERE ARE STILL SOLID MOVING ...

I must say I was a little hesitant at first using these movers to move me from IL to FL. But After I went by thee place of business and saw for my own eyes there 16,000 SQ Ft Storage Facility, There own Trailers, and a real nice professional sales office, i was more comfortable. I have to say i am more then happy with the service i received, and that the original price did not jump up once they came to pick me up or deliver me. The only thing i had o pay extra was $75.00 because i moved from a third story building with no elevator so they had to carry everything down 3 flight's of stair's, To be Honest if they said it was $200.00 more i would of been ok just because the professionalism they showed. These guy's are real professional and the movers are like experts in moving thanks to the crew who moved me from united relocation.

NIGHTMARE

THIS MOVE AND CHOICE WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! That is an understatement too. I was told everything I wanted to hear by my rep and then I felt like he didn't even know or talk to the movers themselves. No one communicated. I needed my truck in 2-3 days which was more than enough for 3 drivers and 1 truck, but after confirming that the truck was coming straight down and that my stuff was not going to be transferred, it was. I had a confirmed delivery date of the 28th and now they are telling me 3 weeks and I start work next week. I moved for a job and now I am about to be fired because I don't have clothes or required materials for work. As a nurse this is way past unacceptable. Everything was good until the movers came Monday morning and then everyday has been worst than the last. We had to sleep in a motel the first night and now on air mattresses in my apartment because they still have all my furniture, clothes and basic necessities. I had to go out and buy everything to get me through the next couple weeks. Now they want to deliver while I am going back to my parent's house for a few days. I already told my landlord that they are not allowed in if I am not there. They quoted me one price then doubled it, wouldn't lift a finger until I kept signing paperwork and then stole $300 for moving appliances to my mom's house down the street. These appliances were already included in the quote and were known before the move. Now after they switched my stuff to a new truck, it is sitting somewhere (unknown) and waiting to leave next week. No where on my paperwork does it say this could take up to 3 weeks. I am lost and probably going to be out of a job here shortly too. That doesn't include all of the expenses to drive down and be out of work for two weeks! This also doesn't include all the damage to my previous house that I have to pay for and fix! PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF!

BEWARE of this group! Smooth salesman, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! . I provided an inventory and was given a set fee for the move. When it came to delivery, they wanted another $2500, stating I had more inventory than they were given. Spent 6 hours on a Sunday trying to get my stuff delivered, with a Russian speaking driver, who made phone calls and only spoke in Russian so I couldn't understand what was going on. They held my stuff hostage until I came up with the rest of the money, almost impossible on a Sunday. Many expensive antiques were broken or heavily damaged and am missing quite a bit of my items. This company should be shut down by the BBB!!!

Gross overcharge - no cooperation

Do yourself a favor and stay away. All good till signing the contract. Downhill after that. Overcharged by almost double the cubic footage (more than $3,000 overcharge!). The delivery truck arrived without support stuff and I had to do most of the work with the driver (until a couple day laborers showed up towards the end of the move). I've been given the run around for over 5 months, being thrown back and forth between their insurance company (which apparently does not handle overcharge claims but took 18 weeks to let me know) and the moving company's customer service. Moving is stressful enough without hyena's trying to rob you shamelessly on the way.

Excellent

The movers came to my condo and packed everything up so well. I have a ton of precious sculptures and I was very worried about any of them breaking. The guys were very patient and very attentive to my every need. I was very appreciative of how wonderful these young men were. They even unpacked me when I got to my new place. United relocation group was overall very good. I had a blast!

They do care

I spoke with their sales guy and he walked me through the entire moving process. We were able to quickly get an affordable quote and I chose a moving date that was convenient to my schedule. They arrived on time and got straight to work. At the end of the move, my apartment was set up and it looked wonderful. I could not have asked for more from United Relocation Group.

Too good

I called United Relocation Group and their sales rep returned my voicemail right away, clearly explained his terms and fees and quickly followed up with an emailed formal quote. I knew I was going to like the experience. The day of the move, the workers showed up 10 minutes early and got straight to work. They were super friendly and totally professional. I pointed out the box containing my TV as fragile and they took care to put it out of harm's way, loading it into the truck last and taking it out first. It probably would have been fine no matter what, but I appreciated that show of caring for the job and the customer. I couldn't imagine a move being easier or more pleasant than this.

They know how to please a customer

They do know how to please a customer. They arrived exactly on time, packed my entire apartment into the truck in less than five hours. It was amazing! They even brought wardrobe boxes so I didn't have to stuff my clothes into a suitcase. They made me feel comfortable, which I appreciated since they were handling everything I own. I can't say enough good things about United Relocation Group. Just go ahead and use them!

I am more than satisfied

I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and I am pleased with my decision. I arranged for them to come out and do a walk through. I was given a price with a binding not to exceed guarantee. Guys from United Relocation Group worked well and handled my belongings with care. They kept me updated while my truck was on the way and I was very satisfied with the delivery and reassembly. Nothing was missing our damaged. Overall a smooth move.

Punctual and professional

They arrived on accurate schedule. First of all their foreman introduced his workers and himself, then walked around the entire house to make a plan where to start working and got right to work. I sorted out some important and unimportant items to put in distinct boxes. They made sure that my walls and furniture were not compromised at both ends. They did a flawless job.
