Probably the most efficient move I've ever had. Us Van Line sent movers who were early, got straight to work and were done before noon. A favourable thing about them is that this company communicates via email. Most movers will let you email them once before calling you constantly, which does not work with my schedule. Here I was able to get all my information via email which eased the whole moving process. I had the best moving experience with this efficient moving service.

Happy with everything

What got me drawn in was how well their customer service was on the phone. He was so well mannered and nice, a rarity in these times. When choosing moving companies they can be hit or miss but Us Van Line has the complete package. Great agents on the phone and great movers to add.

I had a cross-state move recently. I was dreading all the mess and chaos that comes along with moving but the movers from Us Van Line came in and packed my stuff thereby listening to all my instructions. I had hired Us Van Line for my recent move. The moving team arrived on time, very carefully packed all of my household goods and put them in the truck. They were pleasant and courteous. The packing took longer than anticipated but the movers packed everything very carefully and took care not to bang up walls even when carrying heavy furniture down 2 flights of stairs. Moving was always difficult and disaster tone for me until I discovered Us Van Line. Now I don’t need to worry if I need to move from one place to another. Because of my job, I have to move once a year. I was really impressed by the service of these movers, when I hired them for the first time. Last week, I hired them again for the second time. Their service charge was reasonable and less than the most other companies I contacted before. This time they did a great job again. The entire crew of the company was honest, punctual, and hard-working. Their service was first class. The movers completed their task in a timely manner. I must say, they are doing a great job. Can't thank them enough

I called US Vanline and asked them to send a crew right away. That is how fast I decided to relocate. But the movers made this hasty move a very simple one. They were all very professional and easy to work with. They systematically packed everything into boxes and then loaded the van. The delivery was made 8 days later with all my valuables intact inside the van. I can’t thank them enough for making it easy.

Us Van Line did an amazing job moving the contents of our 3 bedroom house without any breakage and with no damage to either property. The four-man team we hired was cheerful and courteous, professional and creative. They came up with efficient and safe solutions to some unusual challenges and got us unpacked in record time. I can't say enough about their attitudes and teamwork. By the end of the day, it was all done in the best and smoothest way possible. We will never use anyone else again but them.

Handled the job Efficiently

I thought my apartment was going to be an issue for the movers as I lived on the 3rd floor and the building had no elevator. The movers arrived on time and started packing. I wasn’t really concerned about that part though. When it came to carrying big furniture down 3 sets of stairs, I started to panic. Yani, Juan, Carlos and Robert seemed quite unmoved. They put their efforts together and handled the job quite efficiently. There was no delay anywhere and they managed to deliver on time as well. I don’t know how they do it but my move with US Van Line went perfectly.

I really wanted to write this review so that people could easily know how reliable these guys are. I don’t mean to exaggerate but it was a fact that they did care about their customers and did a fine job of moving my goods. I and my spouse tried to get everything ready before the crew arrived. However, there were some items that still needed packing. David, Yani and Carlos handled it without any qualms and even stayed extra hours for a nominal fee. The packing was neat. I couldn’t find faults with it. The job was simply perfect and they didn’t miss anything. Everything was delivered as promised. I have high regards for this company and would recommend anyone to hire them if they are looking for a stress free move.

Cost Effective

I got a better job offer so I decided to move. I always wanted to live in a big city. I hired them because they have a reputation of being efficient and cost effective. Being fresh out of medical school, I could not afford a fancy moving company. But these guys really gave me the royal treatment. They arrived right on time and packed my belongings with absolute precision. I was quite worried about my belongings as most of the pieces are old stuff given to me by my relatives. From the beginning till the end, everything went perfectly smooth. The sales rep was very kind and answered to all my questions.
