Everything was okay. They delivered late. They almost took 13-14 days, it was like 8-9 business days they took.

Late delivery and all of my boxes were ...

They were about two days late with the delivery based on the date they told me I'd have my stuff. All of my boxes were smashed. Some were dirty, ripped and holes in them. A couple of them were open so I didn't appreciate that.

Average, my furniture was damaged and ...

I would call it as average. Pricing was good. A few of my glasses were broken so I paid for that. And my furniture, some of them had come with nicks in it...then my wooden furniture is nicked in a few places. It's not too big, not too worrisome, but yes it had noticeable damages.

They broke things and delivered them ...

Plenty of things were found broken. ...We received [our items] 14 days late.

They did a good job, but there were a ...

They did a good job, some minor things were broken. They broke one lamp, but it wasn't a terribly valuable one, and a plastic container, but otherwise they did a good job.

The move was disorganized and they ...

It was just horrible. The whole situation was awful. When they picked up it was just unorganized and it was a mess and when they dropped off it was the same thing ... They broke so much stuff. We've moved so many times and so many things that we received on this end were broken. Everything was packed horribly, it was just awful.
